The room was a bit cold at night, and we could not find a switch to turn on the room heater. At night it was 41 deg F. The entrance from the parking lot to the hotel should be unlocked on the intercom, not on the card, because guests with a lot of luggage have to go around or again a second time to the car, and after the fatigue of a long trip there is not always the desire and time.

The location of the hotel on the main road, however, I did not encounter any traffic jams and problems with both exit and entry. At the Venetian, the staff serves guests quickly and efficiently, and you have to wait only 2 minutes for special requests to be fulfilled. The room was large and spacious. Breakfast exceeded even my expectations - hot machine making Pancake and delicious coffee.

Very strange policy of running credit card a second time and left wide open and when I asked why I was told it was for incidentals and since there are no services offered such as room service I asked what is considered a incidental they couldn't think of one I was very uncomfortable with this. Breakfast was disappointing and it was agreed with other guests as just being better than nothing plus the breakfast sandwich's offered are the same as the ones at a gas station and by the looks of them they were thrown out by a gas station

The parking seemed to be crowded and not convenient to room location. If you wanted a good parking spot you would need to have your car in place before 5:00 pm and keep the car in the stall until the next morning. Parking behind the building was dark and hidden. it seems unsafe. It should be patrolled by security.

Rooms were very spacious and offered a refrigerator and microwave, great for quick lunches for kids. Pool and spa were small but did the job. Breakfast buffet was limited but nice to have a variety of breads for toast and cereal. Yoghurt machine was not working.

There isn’t much to complain about. If you really want to find something, a heated pool would have been excellent.

The location was great to explore the area. They have a pool and a hot tub. So even in cold temperatures you can use the hot tub outside. The breakfast had a great variety and was plenty. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

If it had air conditioning, there were no gauges in room. Very hot, and room was on a very busy street, so we needed to open windows for air. Very noisy from traffic and sun was very bright, needed to keep drapes closed.

No AC, was a little stuffy and had to open windows just to get a breeze, but also, allowed the noises in.

Breakfast was good, enjoyed the pancakes and 24 hr coffee. Staff was friendly.

Not close to the beach. Processed breakfast but I think they all are in America.

It was ok. Nothing special but the staff were nice and the breakfast was marginally better than most of these types of places. We actually had fresh fruit.
