The hotel, located in Chinatown, is full of the elements of Chinese culture. It is traffic convenience, not far to the Union Station. I just walked to the station to catch the bus to LAX airport. May do some sight-seeing in the area, also easily find the Chinese food, original taste with reasonable price. I think I will be there again while next trip.

Breakfast was good, room was spacious, location was ok. Sorry - but Los Angeles did not impress. Very dirty city and looked very very run down. Not the hotel - that was nice. But everywhere else in the locality was not as nice. But that was seen all over the city. Many businesses closed, boarded up, graffiti on street, walls, buildings, windows......... many many homeless everywhere on every street regardless of Skid Row, Holywood, Santa Monica or Beverly hills. Nothing nice seemed open - even on a Saturday evening.

Trying to get a definitive answer on where my $200 security deposit is. At check in *Feb 3rd* I was told I will be refunded between 7-10 business at checkout *Feb 4th. *its now on its 11th day*. I called to speak with the manager, and now it’s 30 days. But, apparently I was already refunded and I asked for the proof of refund to be emailed to me. Because I do not see refunds on my bank statement……..Still waiting for this email….

Parking was a tight squeeze.

Great location, right near Union Station. The room was huge, and beautifully appointed. The shower was large and good quality. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was good.

The entrance was inviting and gave us that China town feel. The rooms were clean and also felt unique compared to most. The breakfast had a larger selection than many of free breakfast’s offered at hotels. Great restaurants were in easy walking distance.

Rate for room 154 that's fine... but the dagger to the heart.... 200 dollars for a hold for incidents.... and a 7 to 10 day hold. WOW!!! That let me with 28 dollars for the night. I was appalled when they suggested to get cash at ATM down the block... 6.50 surcharge to just get cash, wanted to cancel but they wouldnt, said they would just charge the 154 if I just wanted to leave.. my cost 154 if I just left and not stay, 354 with a 7 day hold on 200... Breakfast included.. no proteins served. Egg, potatoes, pancakes you make, waffle you make or cold cereal..

Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am and our train left at 7am. Hours not posted before booking, and no grab n go available. Unsavory streets to the east, but Hill St is pretty nice.

Clean, modern room. Comfy bed and linens. Great shower. In-room coffee. 9-min walk to Starbucks or Buffalo Wild Wings. 12-min walk to Union Station.

The room is very spacious with mountain views. The location is quiet yet very convenient. It’s great to have bottled water and cooked breakfast provided. The cafe in the front sells delicious smoothies!
