Bathroom small and outdated. Sink water wouldn't get hot. Shower curtian too short and water went everywhere. TV only had one channel that worked.

How do you call that a breakfast? Toast, cereal n waffles!!?? Come on!! No bagels . Also the exhaust fan on the bathroom was very noisy

No desk in the room as I needed one for work. The toilet paper holder was missing so the paper was just on the counter. No extra roll left. Breakfast was very limited, just sweet cold cereals, juices and coffee, white bread and little muffins, waffle maker and the only fruit offered were apples. Healthier options would have been nice.

We had three rooms as a family. One room was missing a night stand, one room the air conditioner was leaking into the carpet and the other smelled like smoke. All rooms were clean with dated furniture.

Cost for the room was a bit high for what it was. The sink faucet made a horrible noise when in use...nails on a chalkboard. And the shower head needs the washer or the hose replaced. Huge lack of water pressure due to that issue.
The lady that checked me in was amazing.

After storm, water was coming in through the windows. Curtains were moldy and looked like water damaged. Shower curtain was too short, water all over the floor.
Small pool on the property. Great location, close to the waterfront park and shops. Front desk staff were friendly.

A decent Channel Guide would be nice - it' a HUGE pain in the neck to have to go through almost all of the channels to find a extremely limited channel guide. It's such a pain that I don't even use the TV anymore, I just use my tablet instead - less hassle.
It's clean (enough) and the price is right.

They “accidentally” charged my card twice. And the fire alarm in room 109 had an annoying sound emitting from it you could hear when it was quiet. Walls are paper thin, I could hear a guy coughing all night and another guy snoring.

People out in the back smoking weed and drinking, the pool wasn't open even though they claimed it was on the website, and in the adjacent lot an out of business restaurant that's becoming grown over, not a good look when you pull in to the place, didn't have breakfast during my 2 night stay so I can't comment on that. Overall get rid of the element in the back of your hotel and cleanup that lot next to your hotel and it will definitely change people's minds for a return visit including myself......

The breakfast was subpar, even for continental breakfasts. The A/C was horrible, loud high pitched whine off and on all night. Minor cosmetic issues: the tv is damaged on half the screen and the bathroom is outdated and small. Wish the bathroom could of at least had a separate switch for light and fan. And the front automatic door doesn’t open all the way.
Place was clean and felt the room was a good size for the price. Area was quiet in the evenings and at night. When approached with the problem of the A/C the staff member at the desk did attempt to do something about it, just was unable to help.

Breakfast was terrible. If you advertise.breakfast and.its part.of.the cost, it should be better than a.bumch of terrible dried out microwaved food and a dirty waffle.maker where the mix.was not refilled. Had to actually call the hotel while standing at the counter to get someone to come out of the back room to wait on guests. knocked on office door and response.was "no.speak English". that's when we called and he answered and we.asked.him.to.come.out. when we arrived, had to wait for desk clerk to come back in from front of.bldg.hang put smoking.

The cubed eggs for breakfast were horrible. The bathroom tub faucet was turned around, so the cold was hot, visa versa. The elevator worked but the flooring needed replacing.
The staff was incredible. The location was good. We enjoyed playing games in your breakfast area at night.
