We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was apparently an "egg machine" present, but I couldn't figure out which device it was. It appeared there were two waffle irons, but I suspect one of them was intended for eggs. The DirecTV remote didn't control the operation of the television, so I couldn't plug in my laptop to watch programs from my laptop.
The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Hobbs. The town is relatively small, so that's not saying much, but it is easy to find. The rooms were well appointed and the free continental breakfast was OK.

United StatesIt was supposed to be pay at the property. However, they charged the card I used to hold the room before we arrived. We were really tired and so just let it go but it was aggravating.
The room was much better than expected. It was very clean, smelled great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. We left very early in the morning, and in a rush, so we did not get to try out the breakfast.

United StatesThe overall property outside could use some cleaning up and updating. The pool is not operational and the pool area is an eyesore. The room was a bit cramped with too much furniture. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was difficult to use and the coffee was terrible.
The room was very clean and mostly comfortable.Everything worked as it should. Breakfast was very good, except for the coffee. The rate was good.

Beds are extremely comfortable. Shower had great pressure as well as plenty of hot water. Room was clean and comfortable. Not many grassy spots for a dog, but they made do. Breakfast was nice as well. Will definitely stay again on my next trip.

United StatesThe only thing I didn't like was the door to our room. We had to swipe the key card 3-5 times before we could enter the room.
The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. My husband and I had booked a room here after leaving the La Quinta in Hobbs because the room they gave us over there was NASTY! The rooms here were 10x better and CLEANER!

The room was very clean and smelled good when we walked in. The heater worked amazing and the breakfast was very good first morning was sausage bacon and potatoes and you could make your own waffles and eggs second morning was bacon biscuits and gravy and eggs or waffles also had other little snacks cereal coffee and juice!! Will definitely stay again! Check in and out was quick and easy!!

I asked the lady at the desk and she simply shrugged her shoulders... there was no fruit left either so my son just grabbed a yogurt. While I was making my son hot chocolate...a small family walked in...and when the man asked about milk...she got up and refilled it. Very frustrating!!! My son wanted cereal but when I asked, I got dismissed...

When we checked in, there was broken car glass all over the parking lot and there was a sign in the lobby that said there had been numerous break ins lately. They would not refund our money, but we left and went somewhere else.

United StatesThe front desk clerk was very rude and you could barely understand him, he made the check in process very uncomfortable and when he seen that I was paying with cash he conveniently wanted to say oh and there's $100 deposit, I've never been charged $100 deposit at ANY hotel so I told him oh no cancel the reservation and he became rude and irate and said no cancel reservation so my husband and I left anyway. We were trying to have a little getaway because we are both getting up in our age and this a**hole ruined our whole trip, almost $300 down the drain!!! We will NEVER EVER go to a Best Western again!!!!!

I really enjoyed my booking the night before my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was unfortunately a non smoking room,as I booked a smoking room. Aside from that the stay was pleasant.
