The lobby smelled like weed and the front desk tenant might have been High! The bed sucked , to Hard!

The bathroom was tiny; only enough space for the toilet, shower/tub combo, and for the door to open inwards. TV channels were more limited than at other hotels as well.

This place was in the perfect location for visiting downtown frederick. Everything was clean and the free breakfast did include hot foods like eggs and sausage.

No special frills or extras to the hotel itself, but the room was absolutely comfortable and well equipped.

A clean, comfortable, reliable place in Frederick. Pleasant staff, and quiet rooms. Easy access and parking. I walked from the train station (!) - 30min maybe through a suburb - doable if you don't mind a stroll and want to visit by train.

Room key card did not work had to go 3 times to counter. They ended up giving me another room. This room heater did not work and the water was not hot enough to take a decent shower.

The Continental breakfast was good.

Room was dark even in daytime with curtains open. Need higher wattage bulbs.

good location to downtown. towels were great, HVAC quiet and unobtrusive. Breakfast had variety though typical of motel chains. TV was good with good channel selection. House keeping did a good job.

The volume didn’t work on the tv in the gym and we couldn’t figure out how to get the treadmill to work. It was a bummer because it was raining and I didn’t want to run outdoors.

Check in was easy and quick. The room was fine but basic. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good, but didn't work with my dietary needs. It felt safe for 2 women to stay thered

The deadbolt and flip lock on the door to the room were broken. We were aware of the flip lock right away, and we thought we had the deadbolt locked, but the next morning when we came back from breakfast I wasn't thinking and pushed the door and it was unlocked. I tried pulling it shut again, and pushed it open again. That's dangerous and then we realized the entire door frame was damaged around the lock like someone had broken into the room. Also, the bathroom was extremely small.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great. Room was clean.

The lighting in the room was a bit dark, due to a strangely installed lampshade. A minor quibble, really. Would have been nice to have a coffee table or something additional in the room.

It seemed that the facility did not have air conditioning except for IN the rooms. Breakfast had several "out of stock" items and one reason we chose the hotel was for the continental breakfast option, so that was disappointing. It was also nearly unbearably hot in the breakfast area.

The room was as expected. There was a dirty cup on the floor by the bed upon arrival though.
