Initialy one receptionist not open to a change in rooms, but the younger one made up with her graciousness. Eventually the other one was helpful. Probably her off night. So the experience was positive.

they had a full breakfast like the ones before covid and it was all good. Enough restaurants in the area you don't need a car. Great pool and jaccuzi, lots of areas to sit in shade or sun.

Ha, 3 things we did not like: 1. Sprinkler head broken right outside our window. The sprinklers ran twice in the evening for at least 15 minutes each time. It was a GEISER, spewing out tall and loudly hitting our window, At 6pm it was funny. At 11pm, after waking us, not so much. No maintenance staff on the weekends so no one to fix the problem and they didn't know how to turn off the system. 2. BIG DEAD RAT right outside our window. Didn't add to the ambiance, 3. Checkout staff: Very rude; were talking to each other and made us wait for over 5 minutes before turning to us to say "dump your keys, you're good to go." Yah, I don't appreciate waiting on staff business. I think some customer handling training is in order.

We liked: Comfortable hotel, beautiful grounds. Big awesome pool/spa...wish we could have used them but there was no time in our schedule. Bed a bit firm for me but acceptable. Room very clean. After-hours checkin staff very friendly and attentive. Biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. Great complimentary breakfast

I didn’t like the door that shares between two rooms, whoever was next to us, tired to open it a few times, almost made me to and knock on their doors to tell them to stops

Room was very clean and bed was nice. Overall, the property is definitely feeling its age a little bit. But the staff was very friendly.

The hot tub could have been a little hotter since it was so cold outside.

Our favorite things were the hot tub and breakfast. They had a full breakfast to choose from including country fried potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, yogurts, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee etc and it was all delicious. We also learned they take pets which is a huge plus.

only one thing - they charge $15 for WiFi. when asked at checkin if we’d be using WiFi I said yes not realizing there would be a charge nor was that disclosed. The cost isn’t a big deal, it just seemed a little sneaky.

Ordinarily, I wouldn't stay so close to the freeway, but it suited our purpose.The grounds were just okay. My sister said the breakfast wasn't bad.

Staff was really friendly. This was a for hospital stay. It was convenient to the hospital and lots of restaurants. Allowed my service dog.
