To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They did put us in a room that was large with one king and a pull out sofa which would be nice if you did not need two beds. Was not happy about sleeping on an older pull out sofa bed but, understand that things happen. Told room was an upgrade but, it was not what we needed so disappointed that discount to nightly rate was not extended.

United States of AmericaMost important for a hotel to a traveler is the bed. One of the best things a hotel owner can do to stay loyal to travelers is to know when to change or upgrade the beds. The mattress on the beds in our room are ready to be upgraded or changed out. Best Western is known for quality and comfort.
I like the location and the friendly staff, as well as the close proximity of the restaurants.

United States of AmericaWhen I made my reservation, I checked that we had a dog. When we arrived at the property, the young lady had me sign a paper stating that I had a dog. When we got in the room, it had not been vacuumed. There was dog kibble on the floor, there was candy on the floor and also a pair of men's socks. I got on my hands and knees and cleaned everything up so my little 7 pound dog wouldn't get sick. The carpet smelled like a dog. Then, after dinner, we figured out there was no ice bucket. There were no cups for coffee or water. So we called the front desk, yet again, and they brought us cups but wanted us to move to a different room because the room we were in is supposedly not a dog room. Obviously, wires got crossed between the young lady who checked us in and the night shift. Also, the lead housekeeper must have not checked the room at all behind the housekeeper. I usually don't have any problems with Best Western, but honestly, I'm going to make reservations elsewhere next time. There are too many choices in this town to settle. Also how dare you ask me to move rooms when it's 8:00 p.m. at night. Plus, tell me this is not a dog room. Well, guess you better check your guest better because there was one in the room before mine. Very dissatisfied

Location was very accessible from the freeway, perfect while traveling. Breakfast facility was nice, good coffee, standard motel buffet fare. Pool was great for the kiddos.
