I was charged twice for the room which has been an additional pain to resolve. The staff never seemed to be at the desk. No breakfast that morning. No extra blanket and the room seemed to take forever to heat up.

It had availability.

The room Chain locks are non functional…..not a lot of good. Room way too warm, even with heat turned off. Good thing the windows open. They use scented laundry detergent, also not good. Go with scent free, thank you. No employee on site…he was across the parking lot at another hotel. Weird.

Breakfast..there was no breakfast, even though there is a wonderful room for it.

When we checked in, the lobby clerk informed us that he was the only employee of the hotel. Consequently, breakfast can no longer be offered even though there is a fully equipped room to make it look like breakfast would be expected.

The hotel is very nice. The lobby area with fireplace is beautiful and the rooms were spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

There is nothing attractive about the placement of the hotel....it faces the back of another hotel....surrounded by parking lots. Once inside, it is quite nice....it's just the location which is bleak.

We liked the proximity of a large variety of restaurants within walking distance. After a long day of driving, we enjoyed the walk. The room was clean and comfortable.

Suites made lounging in room and enjoying friends extra nice - ours had a separate sitting room with a desk & chair, kitchenette and a tv with sofa & chair. Plenty of room.

I noticed that there were some areas that could be cleaned out in the hallway and on the stairs. It would have been nice if there was breakfast. But otherwise, good.

Breakfast was not provided. Nice location available for it, but it isn't served at this facility. I had 3 kids with me so that would have been a nice feature. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot.

Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Heating/cooling system was noisy. Cleanliness was a major issue, as the hotel is VERY understaffed [and did not have a cordless stick vacuum that I could use on the stairs and hallway]. "Josh" was very responsive to our concerns, but the poor guy needs to be working a LOT less than he is.

Strong chlorine smell when entering the hotel from the "swimming pool".

I needed a hotel for one night during my stay in the area. The hotel is basic and I didn't need more than that. Can find some shops and restaurants in the area. Parking wasn't a problem.

We thought there was breakfast which there was not,had coffee and juice,but first day nothing left at 830. Hotel showed it age, worn carpet, baseboard cracked , wall in shower had tear in it. Sheet had paint or blood on it,was on top and folded over so shouldn’t have been missed.

I don't believe anyone was minding the desk the morning we checked out. I came down to use the treadmill. I couldn't get it to power up. I went to the front desk where a sign said the attendant had stepped away. I waited about 10 minutes but no one showed up. I did my steps outside the hotel. When I came back in, there was no one at the desk. I went to my room to make coffee. No cups. Went back to front desk. No one was there. Waited. No one came. When we checked out, the front desk was still unmanned. Very unprofessional.
