We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There was a makeup stain on my pillow case but it looked like it had been washed just stained I guess. You should replace it.
The breakfast was okay. Bed was comfy.

Noise between rooms and from the hallway.
Hotel is a little bit outdated, very noisy, thin walls. Room was outdated, nothing special. Breakfast was pretty good, much better than other hotels for that price range. Bonus was free water bottles which is very good considering you are in the dry climate.

Took a lot of time to get checked in due to reservation was not in system. Room has old windows and felt a draft in the room.
Great price Lady at front desk got our room even though my reservation wasn't in her system from Booking.com. Staff was friendly during stay.

Breakfast used paper plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups, feels like a lot of waste. No elevator
Nice size rooms, easy to get to and the shuttle is very helpful, especially there 5 mile zone so we got dropped to the train station and explored the town. Staff are great, pool and hot tub were nice and heated.

Door key card to room did not work. It seems it was a known problem but had not been fixed. It was not an issue for me since I was staying over one night and did not have to reenter the room, but would have been inconvenient for a longer stay.

Walls must have been thin because we heard noises often either above us and beside us quite a bit in the evening and night. Not that it really mattered but could not get a white bar illuminated across the tv screen to go away with the remote in the bedroom. The direct tv signal strength was weak.
Location and the design of the unit was upscale and certainly different than most motel rooms. Good breakfast offerings!

No elevator.
I chose this to be close to the airport. It is literally minutes away. Free breakfast is good, the room features were as expected, comfortable and everything was functional.

Some of the lamps and outlets weren't in working order, and one of the lights wouldn't go out even though we tried all the switches, so we ended up unscrewing the lightbulb. Maintenance should fix these issues.
It's very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle, which is very nice. The staff were friendly and the common areas were pleasant. The breakfast looked good, but I didn't get anything because it was crowded when I went by.

Everything was awesome.

The back door closest to the parking lot was out of service this trip, which was inconvenient as I had to walk the long way round and have CFS/ME, so get tired easily, especially with heavy bags for a long stay abroad. There is no elevator for second floor guests, so again, not great for those with mobility/fatigue issues dealing with heavy luggage. The suites are looking a bit tired now, but I think they work well for a convenient night's stay near the airport at a reasonable rate. Staff are professionally competent and friendly, but I think lack engagement with and interest in the guests and do rather feel like they are going through the motions, but you can't have everything.
My suite was in the annex as requested and was exceptionally quiet and private. It was spacious and worked well for quick access to the airport the next morning. This is the second time within the last year that I have stayed at the Best Western, after an interval of many years, and it works well for my needs. They do a Very Good Breakfast with many hot items. I sampled it last time, but this time I brought breakfast from home to heat up in my room as I had a lot to do in the a.m. before leaving for the airport. I like that I could pay to leave my car here for a low daily fee if I wish, although I did not choose to do that this time and decided a secure long-term lot near the airport was perhaps better.

The girls in the front charged the wrong card & got me a $35 overdraft fee. And the Front desk was no help. They said they couldn’t do anything g about it.
