Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was very close to the freeway and there was a lot of road noise. The breakfast was very average nothing special.
It was within walking distance of many places to eat. The furnishings were modern and comfortable.

We've stayed at this hotel once every month for the last few months and the beds have gotten progressively worse. In our first room, the bed felt firm and super comfortable. The quality of the mattresses has gone down since. This last stay, we could feel the bed springs. The bed was noisy getting. I have no other complaints, but the beds.
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the last few months for multiple days at a time, and there is one thing that hasn't changed. The lady in charge of serving breakfast, Rosa, is super friendly and sweet. She greets everyone who walks in with a very happy good morning. She makes sure you are enjoying your breakfast in a clean space. She keeps everything full and asks if anyone needs anything. We always look forward to her smile. The rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff is always friendly if you need anything.

I had issues with Mike. He worked front desk the day i checked in. Was rude!! Especially in the evening of the first night, there!! Ice maker wasn't working. I went to the front regarding ice maker. Mike met me at the ice maker. Very rudely told me it was not working. I was still talking to him. He walked away from me while I was talking to him. Went back to the front desk. He told me if I needed ice. I would have to go purchase ice. I was out there for death in my family. So, I was an emotional and physical wreck. His behavior made me feel worse. I was ready to check out and go elsewhere. I even mentioned that to him. He could have cared less if I did. The only reason I stayed. I didn't know where I could go at night to find another place. Plus, I was worried about getting a refund. Because of his treatment and rudeness, I will never stay there again. I wish I could get a refund or credit from my recent stay there!!

Our room needed a lil work and twice different maintenance men came into our room to work on the phone…I feel they could have waited till the room was unbooked. The floor really needed mopped. Walking around in the room would turn your socks black, I had to buy everyone slippers just to walk on the floors in the room.Housekeeping really need to not only sweep, but mop the floors as well
The amenities were the best thing about the property…We enjoyed Breakfast, the hot tub and the gym…

I liked everything except for the beds. They were very uncomfortable and hard as rocks.
It’s a very nice hotel. Very inviting and a comfortable stay. we really enjoyed the hot tub. Great place to relax. breakfast was really great every day, and the lady who worked serving breakfast was awesome and happy every day she loved doing her job and I enjoyed going to breakfast because her happiness set a good vibe.

The breakfast entrees weren't hot enough. The key card kept demagnifying.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator and a hair dryer which were very handy. The TV offered some of my favorite old shows, so I was well entertained. Also enjoyed the free WIFI.
