Air conditioner was either too cold or too warm, and I only switched between 69 & 70 degrees. Weird. No blankets??? Just sheets on top of each other. Uncomfortable.

The Breakfast

The Breakfast Room seemed small and needed to be updated. It felt cramped. The items provided for breakfast were very small and not cooked well. The Breakfast for this hotel location could def. Be improved.

Norman at the front desk is exceptionally talented. His knack for making folks feel right at home is off the charts. He was very personable, accommodating with an ease of communication. I went back to this hotel because of his excellent customer service & support. The Chandeliers & staircase are awesome.

The walk to the ice machine. I'm getting old!! Lol.

Loved the underground covered parking. The room was very clean and comfortable! The 70-inch TV was impressive. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff was helpful and courteous. All the staff were friendly, from the night crews when checking in, to the day staff when checking out. I would highly recommend this hotel for your travel plans! It's location is within walking distance, reasonably, to the OC fair grounds.

Swimming pool water was very hot, maybe 90 degrees. Breakfast selection was ok. I would recommend having a person cook in person

Free Parking is available outside and also in the garage underneath the hotel. The garage underneath was a little dark. I'm not sure if the security cameras are down there. (The hot tub was small - I don't use public hot tubs anyway)

This location was renovated in October 2024. Very clean, nicely furnished. There is no carpet in the rooms, which eliminates allergies and unseen grime. A free filtered water station is available in the lobby for refilling water bottles. A Lavaza automated coffee machine in lobby can make Americano, Latte, Espresso, Chai Tea etc. I saw the beans inside the machine, so it isn't syrup-flavored coffee. This is complimentary. Housekeeping was excellent and serviced the room daily—great location off I55, close to beach (7 minute drive), close to delicious dining. Staff was very friendly and smiled :-). I did not eat breakfast. I used the minifridge/ microwave in the room for my yogurt, salads, etc that I purchased at the nearby Trader Joe's grocery store.

We didn’t like how loud the doors were at night, people coming in late would let their doors slam shut.

Although you are close to a busy street and freeway there are no loud noises once you are inside the hotel. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our one night stay! It was clean, parking was easy, the beach is close, breakfast was great and everyone there was very nice!

Everything was newly remodeled, clean, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was good but dine in only. Easy freeway access and good location. All the action is just minutes away from the hotel

Just the service and communication when checking in and scheduling the airport shuttle. Other than that the hotel was great and very clean and great for our family!

The front worker was falling asleep while talking to him and didn’t seem at all interested in helping us in any way.

The pool was nice, the breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel was good value, most of the room and amenities were up to date.

No hooks or places to hang towels in the bathroom. (There was one towel rack only.) To be fair, there were some hooks in the bedroom, but hanging a wet towel would probably harm the wood finish on the wall.

The location was close to everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable. What you get for the money is decent. Nothing fancy, but overall it was satisfactory.

This hotel was clean and in a nice area. We stayed on a Sunday night so it was very quiet. Pool area was clean and pleasant with some landscaping. Recently renovated so felt fresh and clean.

Our phone was not plugged in, no cord The hot tub would have been great except the jets were not working correctly and sprayed water everywhere. It was not as clean as it could have been
