Missed breakfast, slept instead! Handicap ramps not terribly convenient for walker user. Unable to checkout pool or other amenities. Ice machine too far away for handicapped person using 230. Walk-in shower goes all over floor when used. Housekeeper brought extra shower mats and let me know, but you can’t use them until roomis flooded. You can’t open or close door with one on the floor to contain water spread.

I could see cleanliness was a priority, pleased. Staff l encountered were very kind.

Our room had a kitchen but it didn't have silverware, and for the price I was surprised. You could tell the bathroom was left without being completely cleaned. There were cleaning rags left.

The room was a bit small. Not a huge deal for us since we were just staying the night, but for two adults + two teens + dog and bags, it was a bit tight. Also, we were on the lower level, so the bushes blocked any view of the river. Again, not a big deal for us, but might be something to consider for other guests.

We only stayed at the hotel for a quick overnight and it worked well for our needs. The staff was really helpful in helping us to park our truck and camping trailer, the room was really clean, and the hotel was walkable to the old town area where we decided to have dinner. The only service we used was having breakfast in the morning and it was really good. The made to order omelettes were delicious as were the waffles. Coffee was good and the morning breakfast crew were outstanding and so friendly!

The room was spacious and clean with nice touches and amenities - a range of toiletries provided, fridge & micro, and a lovely balcony with a waterfront view. Breakfast offerings were solid (we liked the omelettes). They were not only pet-friendly/accommodating, but pet welcoming - upon arriving they gave us a list of dog-friendly places and activities to do nearby. :)

My two grandchildren and I stayed in a "pet room" with my granddog Golden Retriever. It was the cleanest pet room I have ever stayed in! Spotless. No pet odors. The kids loved the pool. I was so pleased with the cleanliness of the entire property. Breakfast was outstanding, including an omelet station. A very minor issue was that the patio furniture on the room balcony was dirty, but keep in mind it was March on the Oregon coast. Nice view of the river and downtown Florence. Convenient location to both downtown and the dunes recreation area.
