The pillows were quite small and too soft.

The room and premises were clean. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were small and too soft for our liking. The breakfast was well laid out and there was some variety ie (hot and cold).

I was very surprised that I had to pay a $50 cash deposit at check in, for “incidentals” Then the staff checked our room before returning our deposit when we checked out. What? Did they think we were going to wreck the place? Or steal a towel? Seriously, when I go on vacation I don’t expect to share the facilities with families that are living in the place. Not that I was bothered by them, but it was just weird, groups of men hanging out in the parking lot all day and into the evening. I felt like we were staying in “ the hood”

There were quite a few local people living in the hotel. Parking lot was a bit sketchy…guys smoking pot, swearing. Hanging out in small groups in the parking lot after dark.

It was close to my mom. I ended up staying a few more nights my mom had surgery at lawnwood. She didn’t make it she passed on 10/24/23. But it was less stressful to know we had somewhere to go after the long days we had i appreciate it.

Our room was clean, when we entered there was a bit of a musty smell but we adjusted the a/c and it went away. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were tiny. The breakfast in the morning was very good, especially the waffles.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable and blankets of the sofa bed don't was changed, part of the pool enclosure was broke and chairs and tables disorganized the all stay.

Excellent staff at the front desk and location and room and facilities was clean smell really good, except the sofa bed.

Unfortunately, our tv didn't work! There was no signal and when we were trying to get it to work we realized that it was missing the HDMI cable! Our room was also missing the ice bucket. They did provide a microwave and a refrigerator but not a coffe maker.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love that they had a hot tub which few hotels have. It is very convenient, economical and time saving that they include breakfast.

Although breakfast is included, it is definitely lacking. There is a "make your own waffle" option and not much else. The breakfast seating area is small and uninviting. The beds need more pillows. There should be more closet space as well.

The hotel is located conveniently just west of I-95, close to a good Mexican restaurant: Las Brisas Del Mar, as well as Pappy's Pizza, and Red Lobster, in addition to other fast-food options. The hotel is 8 minutes from Indian River State College, which is east of I-95 (same exit). The room was a good enough size for a family of four and the beds were comfortable, except that they need more pillows. The bathroom was also a good size with good water pressure and stable temperature. Housekeeping staff did a thorough job of cleaning and tidying up the room and bathroom. There is plenty of free parking available on-site.

The hallways would smell easily from other rooms it seems so if someone used the restroom or smoked you could smell it. For what you pay for it's okay. Could use some areas to be touched up on as the ceiling in our room looked like it had water marks and stains.

The lady at the front was able to find us a new room when the room given to us smelled like pot. The location is convenient, and they had a decent breakfast, I've never had southern sausage gravy on biscuits in a hotel before. The hot tub was very nice and always at the perfect temp.
