Czech RepublicAt check-in, some guests were given bottled water together with their room key, but we were apparently not part of that group… Although coffee was available everywhere in the hotel, it really wasn’t very tasty compared to the other 15 hotels we stayed at during our trip across the USA.
Beautiful location surrounded by nature A truly beautiful place in stunning natural surroundings. The hotel has a rather grand and impressive entrance hall, and the parking was excellent.

United StatesUnfortunately, we had to change rooms as a loud humming noise made it impossible to sleep. Seemed to be caused by a combination of the refrigerators in the rooms. We unplugged ours but the neighboring rooms still made it too loud. Moved to an upstairs room, unplugged ours, and it was better. It seemed they were aware of this issue. Nice they moved us to another room, but a shame as the rest of this hotel was excellent in nearly every way.

This is my second stay at this property in two years. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and welcoming. Great location for visiting the Grand Canyon. The onsite restaurant is very nice. Free breakfast and fitness room are a plus. Will stay here anytime I’m visiting the area.

United StatesThe location was perfect. Tucked away up on a hill right off of I-40. The lounge area was beautiful, staff was friendly. Drinks were great from the bar. The outdoors patio was a lot of fun, nice big fire pit and pool/spa. Even an area to throw bags in. Just perfect. Breakfast was good, beds were comfy. Definitely enjoyed our stay.
