I had to ask for shower and hand soap refill. We were there for 2 night. Wouldn’t they notice when they stocked the room between guests and then again when cleaning it?

The bathtub faucet dripped nonstop. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken.

Location is great for accessing quickly the Cal Poly campus with several restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool is awesome. Our double queen bed was very large. And beds were comfortable with lots of pillows.

Just like most of the hotel/motels on the coast it’s really old and outdated. They need to remodel and update rooms, pool, spa.

We needed a cheap place to sleep for literally 9 hours, and this works just fine. Room was clean, sheets were clean, bed was comfy. My only complaint was upon opening the door to our room, the smell of bleach was pungent so I had to sleep with our windows open for some fresh air. But I am hoping that means they cleaned it real good for us :-) The property was very quiet all night.

The motel is nice, but the walls are really very thin, you can hear every noise persons located in the room next to you or above are producing. In my case, there were people in that played music loudly after 1 am in the morning. This was very disturbing.

Nice place to stay; you can walk down Monterey Ave to reach the center of SLO in 15 to 20 minutes.

The unit I stayed in had chipped walls, the AC wasn’t functioning properly, the tv is old (not smart tv), the remote control didn’t work, the coffee machine didn’t work and mold could be seen in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The smell of humidity os going to welcome you as soon as you open the door..

The location is excellent and the cleaning staff are very attentive and friendly. They had extra pillows in the room.

T.v didn’t have many channels that worked. Mold was inside bath tub. Room curtains were very old and didn’t cover the whole window.

Everything was as expected for a cost effective motel.

beautiful view of the mountains from this motel. parking right in front of rooms and the building boxes out the parking lot so it is a little bit away from the street which is nice. I didn't use the pool during my stay but it looked very inviting. the water pressure in shower was good and it was hot. I was in town working at Cal Poly and this property was conveniently located, within walking distance. City busses were also convenient use for $1.50/ride.

Same thing as all the others, check in times are at 3pm or 4pm and you might get lucky on days like Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and get in early like one or two o clock. Also they will charge you $20 for an early check in, when clearly there are no cars in the parking lot. Clearly a way to take advantage of the customers that just want an early check in cuz after the 3-4pm check in only gives people about 17-19 hours of time at the motel and then they sometimes have shitty rooms. Also the booking.com to get a break on the prices, but what the price is when totaling at the end changes and lately is $5.00 more dollars. PRICE GAUGING FROM EVERYONE AND THE CONSUMER IS THE ONE THAT PAYS THE PRICE!!!!!!

The hot tub would have been nicer if it was clean and also considering it was spring break if they opened it and turned on at 9am and stayed open until 10pm . Also, the room refrigerator was very loud, I had to unplug it and the cable was very basic. Most rooms have Netflix or a better cable package at least.

I enjoyed the corner room and the location was a short uber downtown.
