Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There was nothing that did not meet my expectations. Thank you for a nice overnight stay
The hotel was close to Pinnacle Athletic Center. I was staying here the night before a volleyball tournament. It met my needs. I was treated well and enjoyed my stay

The pool needs alittle work. No fault of hotel but it states on booking apps that it has a hot tub but does not.
It’s in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, everything from eggs, sausage,bacon. Yogurt/toppings, muffins, pancakes and such.

The loud noise of the shower fans. The key card didn’t work and had to get another one.
We loved the jacuzzi suite. Room was pretty clean and had fresh towels. Convenient location to restaurants/gas station/stores.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. We were granted early checkin at no additional cost - thank you!! Also, there were two large groups staying at the hotel along with us, and the staff was mindful and extended the complimentary breakfast hours. And for those like me that will specifically book for free breakfast.. :P the breakfast included eggs, sausage, taters, fixings for toast, burritos, bagels, english muffins, waffle iron, yogurt, fresh fruits, juice, coffee, cereals and muffins.. options to grab and go -- or sit a spell. There was plenty!!

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. And there were small children running above us at night and early in the morning.
Tina checked us in. She was very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were in nice, clean condition.

The only thing was the beds not to comfortable but ok!
The staff was very nice and friendly but the gentleman at the breakfast was great, very attentive and kept the breakfast hot and rolling!

I felt it was way over priced. The property is showing signs of wear, staff was less than cordial and breakfast seemed below average.
This is your typical average hotel. The room was decent sized and the bed was comfortable. It was clean.

Lighting in the room was not adequate. All of the lamps worked, but there were too few lamps.

Air conditioning in the room was very noisy and necessitated earplugs. The bathroom door and door to the rooms did not close completely and required some strength to do so. The drain in the bathtub was slow so taking a shower one was standing in water. Also, there were people across the hallway who had brought their dogs which is fine because we are dog lovers, but they left their dogs alone and there was quite a bit of barking. This is not the hotel's fault, however potential guests need to understand that this is a problem that they might be faced with. All this said, I would stay there again.
Easy to get to and considering the location pretty quiet. The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were good and everything was clean. In particular the gentleman who took care of the breakfast area and cleaned it up was exceedingly friendly, efficient and really a great Ambassador for this hotel. Also, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.
