Location is the key for this Hotel. Breakfast is *a bonus* and quite good. Thank you for juice option.

Everything was nice, although I did not get to enjoy it. The lady saved my life that night, so thank you! Because of her quick response, I was able to make it home to my kids.

The shower was very unpleasant. It wasn’t good water pressure and sprayed everywhere like it wasn’t working properly. The bed wasn’t comfy, firm and hard. The AC didn’t seem to be working at its max potential, seemed muggy in the room even with the AC on.

Spa bath was nice. Friendly front desk lady. Good location.

the cleaning staff did not replace towels or enter rooms said it was still part of Covid but when asked for towels they were rude. the hallway smelled like marijuana the second day

the room was very outdated and there was a dead fly in the window sill and some sort of glue stuck on the counter. i also requested a room with limited walking when i checked in but was given a room on on 3rd floor on the far end of the hall. slightly disappointed but overall it wasn’t bad.

Arrived 4:00pm and the lobby was packed with people trying to check in. Took 30+ min to check in. then when it was my turn, they didn’t have any rooms clean. Waited another 10min for actual room number. Went up to room and there was no remote for tv. Reported to front desk so I wasn’t charged. Never received a remote. The next morning we came down for breakfast at 7am and the employee working the breakfast area told us that something wasn’t working and we could just eat was was on bar and she left the property. No hot food, 2 bagels-2muffins and a waffle maker. No fruit, did have cereal.

I have been double charged my room. when I called, they told me I wasn’t even in their system now. I know for a fact I stayed and called the right number. my room wasn’t even clean when I got there after 5pm and I went in to trash on the floor, bed not made, and nothing vacuumed.

we had to change our rooms 4 times within two nights because of room issues.

In the workout facility the treadmill was broken, weights were missing, and the elliptical made a horrible noise when in use.

I did not like the fitness center very much! The treadmill isn't working and there wasn't much to workout in there. Around the pool area was a little bit dirty.

The rooms were great! They cleaned my room pretty well after I told them what needs to be cleaned. The breakfast was not bad! They just had to reheat my scramble eggs! 24 hours of coffee was good. The pool was nice that was 3 to 5 feet deep, but it only has ONE restroom and not two in the pool room that has a door that was hard to open.

She had no help running around with head cut off. Training her new bosses should of came down and helped her to learn the hotel services too . Our door to room would not open the lock was stuck and broken . Was going to move us then got it to open. Tv would.not work. She finally got it to work. She was the best. Made our stay good if not I probably would of probably just checked out and went to new hotel

The walls were too thin & was woken up by people having sex in the next room. My room wasn't the cleanest. There needs to be more vacuuming in tough spots. I found pills on the floor near the bottom edge of the bed. Other peoples hair around the tub.
