Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When we made the reservation, a free shuttle from and to the airport was included. WE even received 2 days before our stay, the instructions from Booking/Best Western on how to call for the free shuttle when we get at the airport. But after calling many times with no answer, we had to pay for a taxi (around 30$) to get to the hotel. On the front desk, therer was a sign stating that there is no more shuttle. So we had to pay another 30$ for a taxi to get to the airport. So 60$ more to pay !

We were told that our room had been updated however, the bathroom smelled of stale smoke. The bathroom floor was not clean.

1. Airport shuttle was advertised on booking, but when I arrived the shuttle service had been stopped the week before. It would have been nice to have been notified, especially as I asked about the shuttle at time of booking. 2. Remind front staff to give wifi password upon check in.
Overall facility was clean and stylish. Gym was good.

The airport shuttle was not in service at the time of our stay, and we weren't notified of this until shortly before our initial arrival.
The main desk person who was there when we arrived for check-in on April 1, 2024 was exceptionally helpful with printing our boarding passes and guiding us with the laundry facilities. We were also offered a room upgrade at the same cost.

The elevator was jumpy which was a little nerve wracking!

The shower pressure was horrible, the water barely got warm, the room smelled musty and like old cigarettes. There was construction going on but the hotel was dirty and run down.
Friendly staff, convenient and quick airport shuttle, large king room.

Breakfast and location very good. Bed was very comfortable. Staff also excellent. Shower was mediocre at best. No hot water for showering. (Lukewarm) Needs improvement.

We did not like the breakfast. The breakfast was to be served until 9:30. We arrived at 8:50 and there wasn't much food left. Nothing was replaced and what was there was cold. They started clean up the food at 9:15. I feel that I was giving what I had paid for.
The room was clean and comfortable. The tv did not have a schedule so you did not know what to watch. Most of the station did not come in.

The first night that we were there.. we didn’t get any sleep due to other guests arguing that lasted from 3am until 5am. They were yelling and crying and slamming doors which ultimately resulted in the police being called.
The staff was super friendly & helpful!

Chairs were stained,carpet was torn at the bathroom, very small room for 2 beds. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9am,but at 830 eggs were gone,only 6 small sausage left. You could make a waffle and they had cereal and juice.

The room was nice and clean I did enjoy my stay only probably I had was on Saturday 2/3 I'm assuming they had construction going on because all I heard was tools and banging most of the day. Also I didn't receive my deposit back.

There was some kind of construction going on with the room above me. It was on a early Saturday morning from 8am-3pm...so I didn't get to sleep late. Furniture was outdated. Room had a stale odor.
I like the location, it was very convenient for me and places I needed to go. The room was big, big bathroom. Nice hot water. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Fast check in and check out. Good heating and AC unit. Plenty of light fixtures. (Good lighting)
