The hot tub was open but the jets were out of order.

Great pool and hot tub. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was pretty good.

I am not sure what kind of tv service you have, but of all 65 channels available only about 15 of them worked. Thank god for my I pad so I could watch a couple of ball games

I randomly found a clipped nail on the nightstand and a used Q-tip on the floor after pulling out the couch to use its bed. But other than that, I had no issues. I would definitely still stay here again. This is a great value!

Very friendly staff, especially the ladies serving the food and cleaning the rooms. Spacious, overall clean, and comfortable rooms/facility. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and options were plentiful. Close to many other dining options.

The hot tub stopped working during our stay and we couldn't use it due to being cold. I booked this hotel for our trip just because it has a hot tub. I left very disappointed.

The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

The hot tub didn’t work water was actually cold not hot. I was really disappointed with that being that I booked specifically for the hot tub and pool. There was scumb rings around the pool and hot tub indicating that it needs cleaning. The water actually didn’t look clean it looked dark and cloudy. I wasn’t happy about it at all.

Not the fault of the establishment, but fire doors in the hallway between the lobby and rooms made it difficult to move luggage from outside to room. Not aware that this is only solution to the requirement.

Breakfast was good. We were given a close room to the lobby on the first floor when we arrived. We had no issues with checking in very late at night. Parking was free and available. Room was clean and nice.

Our bathroom fan did not work so it got very steamy when showering. The tub drained very slowly so the water backed up a bit when showering.

The beds were a bit “old”. The mattress sunk in the middle just a bit. BUT they were still comfortable.

I hated that if you didn't get there by 8:30am items that were supposed to be there for breakfast was gone and they wouldn't have any other thing except the waffles or fruit

Love the location as well as the room. The inside pool was very nice. The 3pm check in and 12pm check out was a plus. Love the hot breakfast every morning.
