I was not happy when ai got to my room with 2 pillow classes laying on my bed. Staff forgot to complete putting them on my pillows. Also, in my room the mattress needs to be changed out. Was not comfortable. I slept on the left side closes to tv and could tell that the mattress was well used.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and healthy alternatives for those not wanting to eat lots of carbs. You could also request a special breakfast made. Fitness gym was nice. Could have used towels and spray to wipe down equipment after sweating after workout.

Breakfast is only served for a short time. The prices in the little shop they have are excessive (think $5 for a regular Hershey Bar). You have to request housekeeping in advance, and I wasn’t told this at check-in.

The bed was extremely comfortable — I wish I could’ve brought the mattress home. The room was huge. The staff were pretty attentive, and that’s all that’s important.

The bathroom was not clean. The toilet was so dirty. I told the receptionist to get me room not joint but she gave joint one which we heard people next door having sex so inappropriate. This is our second visit and last one.

Our room had a balcony to the outside and the sliding, locking part of the window was missing. With the roof just under the window, it posed a safety issue.

The breakfast offerings were amazing. The room was spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. It was an easy commute into Boston.

Priceline listing says there is a whirlpool, but that is incorrect.

It was clean "enough", There was some hair in the bathroom near the sink. The sheets and pillows had a smell to them. They could have better cleaning protocols.

The room was spacious and nice. It was okay. Nice to have a fridge and a coffee machine. The staff was nice. The location was convenient as a stop far enough from the city to avoid getting trapped by the traffic. The bed was comfortable "enough" after a long day. There was an indoors swimming pool and a gym, but I did not have time to use the facilities. I basically went to sleep and shower there.

All 6 pillow cases were unchanged/used, and an used disposable razor was left in shower by the last customer, suppose all that should be removed by hotel staff? Breakfast was decent, during my 3 nights stays, only on Christmas day morning had sausage burger, all the other two morning only had beacon as option.

Decent breakfast, room was okay, receptionists and breakfast staffs were friendly enough.

location very difficult to walk around, side walks in the area not well maintained perhaps due to lots of construction nearby and cross roads not fit for pedestrians, so it felt isolated place that you can only reach by car even though is very near boston

Reserving a balcony room through booking.com apparently didn't transfer to the hotel. However, Sam at the front desk was able to get me into a balcony room. Everything turned out good, and I enjoy the sunsets from my room. Other than that glitch, l have no other complaints. There was no "do not disturb" door hanger in my room.

Convenience. I enjoy eating at the copper house tavern. Very comfortable beds. And I enjoy the balcony, especially overlooking rt 128 all jammed up and I have no where to go except downstairs for dinner.

The shower would not turn on called down to front desk to ask what the secret was. Still couldn’t get it to work spent a half hour and no shower.

Pillows in rooms. The foam pillows are not as comfortable as the feather one....kept waking up through the night to get into a more comfortable position.

Breakfast area was always ready at 6:30am each morning. Don't loose the person who takes care the breakfeast area. He always makes sure every guest is taken care of . Balcony Rooms are a nice addition.

I am on a low carb diet and so all I had was bacon and eggs, but they had lots of other stuff. Hotels frequently have nothing but carb loaded food so I don't usually use the included breakfast.

Value per night was ridiculous for this level of hotel. $2006 for 4 nights!!! I didn’t have a lot of other options so I took this regrettably.
