United StatesStaff was great until we had a problem with our keys. Our keys didn’t work so we went to the front desk and asked for new ones. They gave us new ones that didn’t work again and again. Finally the owner came and had to let us in and had some sort of machine that told her the problem and she left and came back after 15 minutes with new keys that worked. This all took an hour and 15 minutes to fix. Unacceptable

United StatesNot much that I didn't like. It was a nice hotel and served its purpose.
The location and the price were both reasons why I chose this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. There was a running board coming apart from the wall, but it wasn't anything major enough to give a lower rating. I enjoyed the underground parking garage which was very convenient to park in and access the elevator. I will definitely be returning to this property in the future.

United States1. The door in our room was a lil bit heavy to push/pull. 2. The toilet bowl flushing sound was so loud. 3. The bedside radio had a problem with volume. Suddenly it would get so loud, and the next thing it would get too low. 4. There was no socket near the head of bed. 5. There was a sidetable in between the 2 queenbeds we had, but it would be much better if there were tables on both sides as well.
I like how easy and fast it was to check in. Also, the location was just a 10-minute walk to a shopping area. Though the hotel was next to a freeway, the noise did not bother us really. Moreover, the bed, blankets and pillows were so soft and comfortable. We also like the breakfast, had a lot to offer to start our day well. Alejandra in the dining area was very helpful and smiling,too.

What does not make me happy is that before there would be a TIP box and when I had gone this pass weekend I had ask a few employees what had happened to it . Well I think it should be placed back , all the employees deserve a little extra, for all the great service that they give to all customers. I enjoyed the the great Services from the front desk . Great room service when it comes to the cleaning. Most of all the Service at the breakfast in the cafeteria. The employees there are above and beyond with there services.
