Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hot tub had too much chlorine & bleached the color of my swimsuit because of it.
The rooms were nice, there was a pool & hot tub & the continental breakfast had lots of choices - oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage & one day they even had biscuits & gravy.

Front desk lady needs additional hospitality training. The rudest hotel staff I have ever come into contact with. My husband took our son inside the front lobby to ask for a restroom and she responded with, “Not for non-guests.” My husband let her know that he is a guest and she then said, “Well, there used to be one in the pool area, but now there’s not.” And then went on about her own business. I had also called ahead to let her know that half of my group would arrive an hour before me and asked if they could check in without me (since the reservation was in my name). She said yes but when they tried to check in, at first, she was only going to let them check in to MY room. There were no luggage carts to be found and everyone was too frightened to ask the rude receptionist. It took at least 5-6 trips up the elevator to bring in our belongings. The rooms had a musky smell. Not overwhelming, but not pleasant. This was the first time during our 3 week cross country trip that we weren’t accommodated to have our 4 rooms within a decent vicinity to each other. The parking was limited and tight for our 15 passenger van.
The room did not have any bugs and was in a safe area. Very close to any food options. Plenty of outlets. The lady at the front desk during our check OUT was friendly and kind. The bathroom had a heating light bulb option, which was pretty cool.

The shower not good for older people there was nothing to hold onto when getting in and out of the shower the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable

The room was a bit worn. one of the light switches did not work and stayed on. One of the ac units did not want to shut off and the interior wood doors and trim needed to be painted

New carpet in the unit below me was being laid down, hammering loudly till 7pm. If they knew this, why did they give me the unit above that? Poor planning.
The unit was very clean, comfortable and had all I needed.

Spouse became ill and we could not stay. When we checked out, the staff said they wouldn't charge us for the room. We had only been there about two hours. They were so nice about it. This is one of our favorite places to stay because of this kind of service.

Arriving late at night there were no places open for a meal, only coffee shops and we did not find any markets for off the shelf meals.
The hotel was upmarket with a hot tub and swimming pool. The room was excellent but, as with most hotels, the lighting is accent only and what is required is a good centre light. The breakfast was excellent and from 6am to 10.30am, which is a good time. The Location was in a quiet area but, being in a Morman state, the whole area was quiet, e.g. no pubs or bars and certainly no places selling alcohol.

Website states sauna in exercise room, in addition to pool, hot tub. The sauna was broken. Street noise was very loud.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The tv was nice, but we couldn't connect anything to stream to (Chromecast, laptop) it would have been nice to be able to cast or use a streaming service on the tv.
The tub was great! The size of the room was great!
