Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

the breakfast was stale and stingy. Compared to the Santa Rosa location, for the same price per night, the breakfast setup is MUCH better. The bed was not a pillow top and they had a queen size mattress on a double size box spring which was tippy.
Clean and quiet. Half the rooms were rented to a construction company and most of the parking spaces were full of their large trucks but we were able to squeeze into a small space that was protected and the workers were quiet and gone by breakfast. The heated outdoor pool has 2 chair lifts for disabled persons, a huge bonus!

Breakfast needs hot items (eggs, sausage/bacon). They had microwave sandwiches but they aren't good. Also coffee/hot water for tea is not available after breakfast. It should be offered all day. Towels in the room (2). They need extra because we had to use them for the pool. None of these were a deal breaker just mentioning as an improvement.
Pool was great. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating. We even added an extra day to relax. Laundry soap in the laundry room was nice to have available.

Hated that we had to come while covid positive because we were told no refund or any other options. I stayed in the hotel room sick. My family played in the pool. 2 out of my 3 kids were testing positive before we left! Thanks again!

Big hill to get to the main hotel lobby and rooms. Night person checking us in was not mean, but not as nice either.
Stayed in room 306 - had good water pressure in the showers. Only stayed in this hotel as I needed a place to stop by after 10+ hours of driving. Lady checking us out was very kind and approachable.

no night light in the bathroom needs newer rubber mat needs better coffee man who checked us in was dismissive that we had used Booking.com and told us we could have gotten points and a better rate directly. We didn't know this. breakfast: was not offered to us at check in so we didn't know hours

Not quite sure why someone decided to change the the lightswitches by the sink and toilet for motion activated lights. Not only do they come on when you don't need them, but they don't stay on long enough to do any good anyway. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I don't need a light to come on whilst I grab a drink or nip to the loo!

Hotel was in a convenient location and in good, clean condition. The Staff couple who manage the hotel were great to talk with and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate, but if you want a bigger hot breakfast, may need to go to a restaurant.

the bed was horribly uncomfortable.
The bed turned out to be horrible & i kept waking up bc my back hurt. the front door could use a little insulation too, because i felt the cold coming inside; especially while using the bathroom close to the door. the price was the worst bc it was so expensive!! besides those things i give it 4-5 ⭐

Floor was so dirty it turned our bare feet black. No elevator. Had to carry bags up stairs.
