No slippers no bathrobes which is absolutely unacceptable. Slippers is a must for any hotels due to hygienical and medical reasons. Reception team tried to do a ctisis management and find a kind of bathrobe which we didnt use (we appreciate their efforts a lot!) But it is not what is expected from hotel.

Reception team is highly professional and helpful. Nice location, lots of restaurants around, so there is a good choice of options for breakfadt, lunch and dinner.

I would have liked the Drift bar to have been open later than 10pm, but that is my only suggestion.

The whole experience was very easy & pleasant. I was staying there as my friend's wedding was in the area. The breakfast was really fresh; the chairs at the pool were really comfortable; the front staff was very pleasant & helpful; the bartenders at the drift outside bar were great and very fun to talk to; the location for what I needed was fabulous with great restaurants and shops right at your finger tips.

Staff was efficient but not friendly.

Location was great near the Town Center mall. We enjoyed the hot tub at night with the cool breezes.

Rooms felt drab, AC was loud and I couldn’t change the temperature. Filled out the form for breakfast and it never arrived.

Felt like a standard hotel, nothing too memorable. Fine for work travel, but wouldn’t stay here for leisure.

Food overpriced. Cheap bathroom renovations and shower panels not sealed at bottom. No slip protection on shower floor, almost cracked my head on handicap handrail when I slipped showering.

Room seemed clean. Room service food was good. All staff were friendly.

The breakfast was great! The staff was attentive and while it was a buffet and we served ourself the coffee was served and the plates were cleared away quickly as we finished courses.

No bell hop to help with luggage. This is the second marriott in the month of August-September that had no help with luggage. Don't expect this at this class hotel.

The pool was beautiful spent some time cooling off.

The room was a little small for the price I paid.

The food was amazing. Just wished they changed it up for at least one of the days but it was still great. The snacks available in the concierge lounge was absolutely perfect.

Sorely missed a microwave. I wished there was a microwave on each floor, if there cannot be one in the room. We used the one in the store (we have a medication that requires dissolving a powder, so we need boiled sterile water every day.)

Comfortable beds, nice view of the Town center courtyard. Very pleasing surroundings. Loved the fitness center.

Most hotels these days offer complimentary coffee in the lobby or a machine in the room for single servings. This hotel did not have a lobby coffee station, nor did it have any sort of coffee machine in each room. I found this annoying.

The location was good. The rooms were decent but nothing exceptional. The closet space was tiny and the ironing board was hanging in the bathroom as a result. The rooms felt a bit dated to me.

My sister became ill and needed to quarantine (not Covid) and the front desk refused to allow her to extend her room for three more nights. They were not fully booked.
