The breakfast was not good. We left and went somewhere else for breakfast. Very little choice.

When we arrived their power was out. I do not fault them for that as there was a snow storm. They were kind and quick to refund us. Only reason I rated the way I did. I felt bad for them having to cancel or turn guests away.

Stayed for 5 days but the room was only cleaned once. Fire alarm malfunctioned. Moved rooms because the original had many issues.

Staff seemed lazy and unfriendly. Breakfast bar was sparce and ignored by staff when running low while front desk personnel played on their phone. The towel bar in bathroom was broken, the phone jacks by the bed didn't work, the writing desk hadn't been dusted for weeks, and the batteries in the remote were dead. But on the plus side, they did provide body lotion in the bathroom.

The room smelled like dog poop. I had to buy febreeze. The floor was dirty. The whole room was very old, stains everywhere. There were large scrapes and cuts in the tile floor. Red drops on the floor that looked like ketchup or hot sauce. Dorito chip pieces in between bed and nightstand. There was a pill and bottle top on the floor behind the bathroom door. The bathroom was dirty. Old stained anti slip square in the bathtub. Rusted bar and showerhead in the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable. One of the beds sunk very badly in the middle. Pillows were very lumpy. One of the beds had shoe prints on the sheets. Bedskirt was torn and stained. Lampshades were torn and stained. The service was very sporadic. There was no service for two days, and then service for 2 days in a row and then nothing the rest of the week. It looked like all they did was make the bed and replace towels. The front desk called me at 11:40 p.m. the first night to come to the front desk to sign papers that they didn't get me to sign when I checked in. Breakfast choices were waffle, toast, or cereal, no meat or pastries.

The hottub was very large. There was plenty of parking.

Hotel is run down -- torn curtain in room, water stains and scaling on the tub and shower, caulking in poor condition around the tub. There were spots around the sink that were easily removed when the counter was wiped down. The sheets and bedding were clean but the mattress was sagging and not great for comfort -- better then Super 8 but still not as comfortable as expected. All of these things could be easily remedied if the chain would just provide regular maintenance for their rooms and replace the worn out mattress. We go there to sleep after all.

The pool was over run with kids screaming and there was a dog in pool and dirty carpet by pool area. The rooms stuff was broken and didn't work and bathroom had mold and stunk outside the hotel you had broken down vehicles and drug addicts.

The staff and main entrance were great, that's all i liked.

Hotel very outdated. Room bathroom had rust all over towel rack , tube and sink fixtures were old and pitted with rust, door frame peeling paint and rust. I would not bring my wife here. I was okay for overnight stay only.

Pool was unclean they just dump chlorine amin it ro make it seem clean. Hot tub was slimy and gross. They dumped chlorine in it while I was in hot tub so that's weird. I worked at hotels and that's not the right process of how you do that. Breakfast is lame for what you pay. I travel on road for work and worked at hotels myself that lame for a 100+ dollars a night.

Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was awesomeness. That's about what t great about the stay. Check in was fast but bar was closed when we got there.

The shower didn’t drain great and the air conditioner was extra loud but it kept the room very cool.

The price was great and the beds were clean and comfortable. It was better than I thought it would be for the price. It was also very quiet.
