It wasn't all that clean. There were bed bugs so bad that the dead bugs were lined up in the seams of the mattresses. The wall under the window was half paneling and had water damage and busting. The light switch didn't work either.

The location was great. The staff was really nice.

The room was trash. Holes in the walls, cracked lamp shades, trim ripped off of the door, vent falling out of the wall. They came and took our towels after the first night and did not replace them with any

Cleanliness, comfort price genaral condition of room poor celing falling in in bathroom not enough towels no coffee maker only 1 ice machine 2 units away walls were rough and dirty room wasn't supplied well tv couldn't hear even turned to max would not recommend.

Location was good close enough to walk to most activities on the strip.

NOT ADA room, small tub, standard toilet, 4 grab bars in the bathroom do NOT make it ADA compliant ! ! ! ! Strange soap? dispenser crowding tub. Dirty cleaning sponge left on toilet. No coffee maker in room Ice only in bldg 1;, 50 yards UPHILL (not hotel's fault, Branson Has No Flat Surface ANYWHERE!!) Only one nightstand; kinda cramped with two queen beds, so no nightstand on outside of either bed and can't get into 2nd queen (tight against bathroom wall). No desk, as displayed in online pictures.

Windmill over the office. Fridge, microwave, good TV, park at room to unload/load. Good sink area, but no kleenex. Impressively built into the hill.

There were people dealing drugs out of the room next to us. People coming and going all day and night, they would come in stay 10-15 minutes and then leave. The room was passable clean but the beds are very uncomfortable. The ice bucket had dead bugs in it, no refrigerator and the TV made a staticy sound all the time. Not impressed...

oh, the micro wave couldve been better and the tv remote didnt work very well. but, it was dry and had water and air conditioning! like i said my judgement of a room is different than most guest!

i am retired military so my expectations of a room is different than other guests. the room was more than adequate for my needs!

The property it's self was run down. The ice machine was broken. There was no breakfast (it even advertise free breakfast on its sign.) There were no coffee pot in the room. There was never anyone in the office. There was a number to call.

This place has been around for a longtime and it shows. There's a lot of wear to the room and furniture.

It's a good location if you want to be on the strip. There's a Denny's within walking distance, it was easy to access the side road to avoid the traffic on the strip.

The tv didn't have a box on it or a remote so we had to wait for almost 2 hrs for them to fix the tv also the air didn't cool the room off so I ask them about that and his response was that the ac was working fine

The decline in the rooms since the last time we stayed. We didn’t have an updated room that the photos showed. Seeing that the property was updated was the reason for giving them another chance.

Our room was given away. When I got my key to unlock the door, I walked in on a family! I felt so bad for scaring them, but it scared me too! Also, there were not enough towels, We asked for more but never got any.

The air conditioner had broken parts and dials were very hard to read. Curtains did not close properly and did not have hooks. The bathroom door did not close. 1 lamp did not work. Shower is very stingy and I nearly got scalded when someone turned on water elsewhere.

The person at the desk was not very helpful with where room was and where to park. Very little.

Air conditioner looked like it was fallen apart had no knobs to adjust. No coffee pot in room, no continental breakfast. Staff member wasn't that friendly either.

I rented two rooms a suite and a double. The hotel was in a great location in walking distance to many attractions but you get what you pay for, the Suite was roomy and had plenty of room but the Security bar on the door was only attached to the door trim and the trim was falling off, the refrigerator is on the carpet and the room smelled like mold and mildew. The room was clean but needed updated. The Double Room air conditioner was falling apart and filthy,and there was trash left under the bed. The swimming pool is shallow but great for kids. I will never stay there again but sometimes a bargain is not a good idea.

My room had a ordor to it like someone smoked in there and it was supposed to be a non smoking room the room looked alot nicer on the internet then in person

When I booked my room it said that breakfast was included but when I got to my room I was told that they wouldn't be serving breakfast so we had to go out to dennys

Always had to ask for clean towels, trash was never emptied unless we did it. Beds were never straightened up. Shower temp was very touchy!
