Only problem was the parking situation. Parking at the resort was very limited. We had to park a block away from the resort but it was an easy walk.

Our room was excellent, clean and roomy. Location was perfect as we were there for Singing in the Sun and the convention center was only 2 or 3 blocks away and still had an ocean front room.

These aren’t negatives but something we talked about. The pillows were great but the “comforter” was lacking. You can tell they were old and thin. Adding plush down bedding would be a plus. Also, since housekeeping doesn’t do a full clean having a little broom/dustpan in each room would be nice given all the sand that follows us in. Lastly, I wish every room had a washer/dryer.

You can’t beat the location! Being that close to the beach is vital for our family. We love the option of multiple pools and there is plenty to keep the kids entertained. We also love having a kitchen in the room.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged so we had to use the kitchen sink. There were no paper towels or dish soap in the kitchen.

The property was on the beach a close walk to the convention center. The pool was nicely heated but I felt sorry for the staff because the kids kept leaving the area trashed. Towels and food all over the place! The rooms were a good size and had a good amount of beds compared to some other places we have stayed! The price was great!

The indoor waterslides opened late and closed early.

We had an awesome room! The view was amazing. Our housekeeper Tomeka was very friendly. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to eat at also.

The refrigerator in my room froze everything I put in there making me loss my baby milk.

That it was right on the beach and when we got done at the beach we didn’t have to go far to get changed. I will stay there again.

CHECK IN WAS NOT WELL STAFFED FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE TRYING TO CHECK IN. WE HAD A FEW FAMILIES WHO WAITED WAY OVER THE TIME TOLD FOR THERE ROOM. I ALSO WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL AND I DIDNT I HAD TO KEEP STANDING IN LINE TO CHECK

I traveled over 6 hours and when I arrived at 6:45 pm I was told my room was not ready and nobody knew how long it would take. When I asked if I could get an estimate I was told “we will call you” when your room is ready.

Many pools and waterside, the beach right there too. Rooms were clean and comfortable fit a family of six in a one bedroom 2 queens pullout couch and Murphy bed in living room.

Someone went through our personal belongings. The gf wallet was zipped up when we left and was wide open when we got back. We didn't notice anything gone. But we didn't keep cash in the room. My back pack was gone through with nothing removed. We didn't say nothing on the chance it was our daughter but wasn't likely her since she was in the opposite room. This hasn't changed our minds on our stay with you. If I could change 1 thing it would be your security. Especially since you don't allow concealed legal carry. That was the biggest draw back I personally seen.

Everything was good, we will be staying there again for sure.

The check in lady rushing me through paperwork that I was trying to read. Also the lady at the on-site restaurant was very rude. We chose to walk out and eat somewhere else. Didn't even want to deal with her.

I booked a Oceanview room on booking.com arrived and the room wasn't even on the beach. I had to spend more money to upgrade to a Oceanview.

After upgrading the room. The room I had was newly renovated. It was very nice and clean. With a great view.

Slides were closed. They told us we could use the amenities after checkout yet you need the wristband to use the slides and they are rude whenever you ask them to open the slides since its 'by request only', we only got one key to use the slides so only my son did it which was rude of them being that they knew we were hotel guests and they just told us they wouldn't give us any more bands to use the slides. The check in lady was not happy about being there and she was very basic in description upon check-in so I was confused on parking and what building we were in. They did let us check out at 12 but the cleaning lady barged into the room at 9 AM!!We told her we had a late check out and she was not happy about it and literally was outside our room 80% of the time up until 11:40 when we finally went back up from the pools to get the rest of our stuff in the car. At that point the wristbands didn't open the room so we asked her to open it since she was there the whole time. The hotel itself is VERY nice.

The elevator was broken and we were put on the fourth floor with small children.. having health issues and carrying kids up 8 sets of stairs( 2 per floor) was a bit much and exhausting. Please be sure the elevator works or at least be a bit more accommodating..

Rooms were nice size and comfy, hotel and pools, water slides etc were nice and so warm.
