Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was very firm - my wife found it uncomfortable.
Breakfast was about what one expects for a complimmentary meal. Lots of cereal, pancakes or waffles, juices and a limited selection of fruit. It was all one needs. The people were very friendly.

Bathroom had broken toilet and missing light cover on ceiling. Noise and worn. Wasn't the cleanest. Floor behind the door was dirty and needed mopped. Bed was comfortable. Needs better upkeep. Parking lot was dirty

The shower needs updating or fixed,had to unplug fridge sounded like a small engine running,could not sleep. Towels need replacing,stiff not soft,older towels maybe?

Beds could have been firmer. The carpet in the room needed replacing. A/C - heater didn't work, but wasn't really needed. Those were the only things that could have been better.
Easy access to and from the Interstate. Set back far enough from the Interstate that you didn't hear any vehicle noise. Gas station really close by, but not to close that you could hear anything.

Hotel was overpriced, especially compared to other places we stayed at a similar price point (or less!) throughout the trip. I wouldn’t stay there again if back in the area.
The coffee was fine. We did not get the breakfast. Brigham City was okay, nothing exciting. Especially compared to other places we stayed, the hotel was overpriced. Staff was fine/pleasant.

The pillows
Could use some minor repairs.Location is great. Same breakfast as in other places, regular breakfast stuff. Pillows are not what I like. Laundry facilities worked great and were clean. Overall it was ok.

Coffee pot had used coffee pad in it.
It was good. All self service. Most people wore masks. Some came in and coughed.

Need to check the control on the AC in our room. It was an "off and on" kind of deal. The temp readings were not correct. So the module was confused.

It is getting a little tiresome how motels/hotels are using the Covid craziness to delay presenting a complete breakfast, instead of the grab and go snacks. Yes, they offered cereals and bagels; but this isn't breakfast. Needless to say, the prices were not reduced (they actually have soared) as a result of Covid. Also, housekeeping is very limited, again because of the virus risk. If we had stayed longer than a day, I would have been irritated to have to get 2 more towels and call to get our trash emptied. Let's get up and running!
The location was exactly what we needed, right off I-15 near Brigham City, Utah. The room was clean and comfortable. I like the arrangement of a long vanity just inside the door with the bathroom across from it, rather than a vanity and bathroom combined. (Sounds weird but that gives a lot more space for organizing things.)

They put me in the handicap room where the shower did not have any pressure. The gentleman at the door did not speak very good english, so he could not explain to me why he was taking my card, and I was very uncomfortable with that , he said. He's okay, it's okay. The juice machine wasn't working and it seemed like a burden asking.
The people that stayed at the hotel were very kind and we just had to figure out how to use things in the breakfast area because there was no signs.
