We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is very close to tourist attractions and also to public transport. There is free customer parking available. There are ample food options available at walking distance. The room is neat and well furnished. We were quite happy with our stay at this place.

CanadaWifi is terrible, really terrible, so do not count on it to make plans unless you are really patient. Hotel can be noisy if you have inconsiderate neighbours (renovated does not mean better sound proofing !).
Location, location, location ! Easy walk to cable cars, public transportation and a lot of attractions (if you are willing to walk). And free parking allows you to leave the car at the hotel. Rooms are renovated, comfortable and clean.

The location within the city was excellent being within a nice neighborhood and close to lots of local amenities. The room was spacious and very comfortable, good size beds! The parking was free also.

For the price is really a gem in a place where everything is overpriced. If you are traveling to San Francisco and are on a budget this place is a great option.

CanadaCan’t really be a negative but the elevator was definitely a vintage fixture and something rather unique. A little frustrating at times where many users calling for the lone elevator at once.
Rooms have been newly renovated making for a new building feeling. The location in Pacific Heights section of San Francisco was quite convenient. Many tourist attractions were within walking distance or economical cab rides. On site parking was excellent, small surface lot near office, the rest of the parking was in an underground garage.

United States of AmericaThere was some outside noise, as it's located in a busy intersection, but it was faint. There is only one elevator, and the walls in it are carpeted, which gives it a strong scent.
The room was clean and modern. The room was cleaned with fresh towels the next day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. The room was pretty spacious.

Modern, perfect location!! Can get public transport 2 mins walk away! Fisherman's wharf is a 35 mins walk away. The lady who greeted us was polite and really helpful. Allowing us to park before check in and put our luggage somewhere safe! Room was really nice, clean and new.

Czech RepublicThe location was quite nice, therefore it did not have a lot of normal priced shops around. The restaurants were quite expensive (for Europeans), so we had delivery to our room. This is not really a negative point, but only thing that comes to mind.
The location of this hotel along with its free parking is exceptionnal in San Francisco! Most hotels ask 50-75$ parking fee per night - this is the main reason why we booked here. And the room was great as well, comfy beds, bathroom was clean. Location is awesome, public transport 5 minutes away, safe location.
