It is literally just hotel rooms, there is nowhere to grab a drink or anything, although as the location is so amazing and surrounded by bars and restaurants this wasn’t a problem!

When I booked it, I did not realize how far a walk it was from the theatre district. The doors are very heavy and tend to slam shut. The rooms need a little bit more soundproofing as the person in the next room loved to sing at 5:00 am and was quite loud but eventually settled down.

The hotel was very welcoming and the staff helpful. Anthony was great. Check-in was fast and efficient. Rooms were updated, comfortable and spacious. Loved the decor.

The hotel is beautiful and excellently located! Rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean! The staff are incredibly helpful and warm and can't help you enough if you need something! I booked a terrace room for my girlfriend and I to meet up with my family for my sister's 21st birthday. Our room was great and the view from our terrace, wow!! The Empire State in all its glory!! I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely stay again when returning to NYC!

The hotel is beautiful and excellently located! Rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean! The staff are incredibly helpful and warm and can't help you enough if you need something! I booked these two rooms for my family for my sister's 21st birthday and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming to my family who checked in before me as I was arriving on a separate internal flight! I can't thank the hotel and staff enough for providing a great base for my sister to enjoy her birthday weekend in The Big Apple!

Two chairs in the room would have been better. Perhaps windows could be triple glazed to keep out noise from Broadway

I can't think of anything I didn't like

The water was replaced everyday, the housekeeping staff did a great job, the front office staff were always pleasant & welcoming. Very comfortable room after a day of exploring.

The hotel is in the most perfect location and you can easily walk to all the attractions. It is on a road called Broadway which runs all the way through the Manhattan area so very easy to know where you are. The hotel is exceptional and our family room 407 had a view of the top of the Empire State Building. It was an exceptionally large room and beds were super large and comfy. We couldn’t find a fault with the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting New York. Thank you to Gaston and Cris and all the other staff as well for their kindness, helpful and friendly greetings in the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

Wifi is really poor, you can’t do a video call at all, so if you plan working from the hotel - forget abt it.

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.
