Beds were very comfortable but room was like a dungeon and just didn’t feel clean cuz the bathroom sink was broken in half and like caulking back together beds under pendant made a banging noise everytime you would get up, bedspreads were nasty just by looking at them (didn’t use)! Floors were at least fake wooden and not carpet, shower just looked scary, sprayed down everything with Lysol and cleaned anything b4 touching, a/c and fridge worked good, tv had no backing so would hardly work. Just had a room for one night and dealt with it at least bed was comfortable but won’t be staying again. Pics. on booking.com we’re very deceiving!!!

Went to Danville to come to the casino and stayed a night over.. The bed was hurting my hip, and it felt like I had a hole in the middle of my back. The bed was low, and the pillow didn't help at all

It was clean. Close to things I like that. Ate at IHOP the food was delicious, and my coffee was great, too, along with my cup of water as well

cons : our main complaints are the fridge.. it worked but didn’t keep our drinks very cold. and then the BUGS! there are cockroaches. they definitely need to exterminate.

pros : the beds were comfortable. linens and towels appeared clean. the shower pressure was good and the water was hot all 4 nights. the AC was good. room service was every morning around 9. Quiet at night. small property so not a ton of people which was nice no problem parking. right next to Walmart for shopping. close to many stores in general . the location in general for us was perfect because we attend the blue ridge rock fest in Danville and the hotel is 15 mins away from the event. so it did the job for us for a budget stay. the owners seemed nice as well.

Didn't like the near constant knocking as there were times they were coming when we were trying to rest or relax. Didn't have any do not disturb signs. Neighbor was loud with their music for half of the stay. The surge protector for the microwave was a hazard as it flickered so much and sometimes cut off do to positioning or some shifting.

Loved the king sized bed, it was so great to sleep on and relax on. A/c felt a little weak sometimes at night but was operational and could be adjusted. Decent amount of channels on the TV and loved the size of the mini fridge and microwave.

No area to hing clothing and an iron and ironing board. The beds sounded like someone beating on a barrel when sitting and getting up.

Fridge very dirty, TV remote batteries were dead, dust and dirt in corners of bathrooms. Didn't have iron in the room - I had to borrow from front desk. The iron was dusty and left rust stains on my clothing. No ironing board available.

For a budget stay, it is acceptable. I did not see any bugs and things were cleaned "well enough."

Customer service and odors

While it is advertised as pet friendly, after the first night they deactivated our key card, and when we asked about it. They said "no pets". Was charged another $50, which is fine and normal, but the customer service and attitude was very uncalled for especially in a very bad smelling/body odor ridden lobby. The room walls had cracks in walls. Smelled like cigarette smoke and perfume. I wasn't going to complain since cheapest place in town, but that customer service was the final straw.

The staff were on the rude side even though we weee paying customers, the floors hadn’t been cleaned and we’re all black with with dust when you go to move the furniture. Also, there were trash up under our beds and the when you got the bathroom floor wet it instantly turned black from it being so dirty. And finally to top it off there was Hispanics blaring music all night long. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The lady that registered us and didn't even acknowledge that we had a reservation she was very rude. The bottom of my feet were black because the floors were so nasty you can tell they don't barely clean the room they walk around with a one bottle of cleaner and nothing else and treat you like s*** I'm surprised they are still in business I would recommend anybody I know to never stay there for 25 more dollars we got to sleep in which was the best hotel in Danville by far extremely clean.. and customer service over the top.v. .
