Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

You can see that the furniture and overall motel is a bit outdated - but I wouldn't say that was negative. Our room was very well maintained, clean and smoke-free - so there really isn't anything negative I could report!
A good, classic motel experience. Slightly outdated interiors but very clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff and a good night's sleep, all for a good price. We would stay here again!

The lighting in the room. Can be dark at times.
Loved the location of the place; was not to far from downtown. Very clean on the inside and the front desk was helpful about exploring new places.

Price is little high and the hotels gives higher prices than using the phone application.
The new remodel is ver good, bathroom and bedroom are very clean, nice towels and bedsheets. Coffee maker, microwave and freezer are new. Room Temperate was nice.

Much nicer in the inside than on the outside. Close to attractions and NAU. Very comfortable bed and bathroom has good shower.

Internet didn't work in the morning, noone fixed it until late morning.
Very affordable place. We stayed 1 night to visit the Lowell observatory. Not much to complain for such a cheap price. Bed was good, shower was warm, microwave/fridge/coffeemachine worked.

I really liked how clean everything was. Along with the mini fridge and microwave. It's a good place to stay for a vacation and the price was unbeatable.

Carpet on floors. Older motel. But that keeps the prices reasonable. There is a lot of extra furniture in the room- for our taste. We just sleep there. Dont socialize or hang out. And we had 2 beds. So it made the room very crowded. Didn't like that the bathroom light and fan are all in one.

No room service during our 4-night stay. We had to ask for coffee, towels etc. Room was small. No bedside table on one side. No bedside lights.

The beds could be softer and the up-stairs neighbors were jumping around most of the time. I know the property has no control over this, but it was annoying.

I believe it would be helpful to keep an extra blanket or comforter in the room for guests. There were not enough warm linens on the bed and the ones that were there- though clean were thin. It was just a sheet, a very thin blanket and a sheet as the complete set of covers. We had to sleep in sweatshirts because we needed the air/fan on otherwise the room was stuffy. Please consider adding more warm linens. I would recommend if you stay here to request extra blankets at check-in.
The location was great as it was close to downtown. The hotel room was fresh and clean and was well equipped with fridge, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker. Though the facilities are older they were well maintained. Overall bonus points for cleanliness. The linens were all very fresh.

I didn't miss anything
The inn had all we needed for our short stay and a bit more than we expected. Clean, comfortable bed, a shower and a tv. Shampoo, shower gel and coffee came with the room. Nothing to complain about!

Great value. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Bonuses are the large-sized mini-fridge, the microwave and the fact that the window opens so we could enjoy the fresh mountain air!
