Could have add more benefits since this was a 'suite'

We booked a 'suite', that came with two rooms. We had 3 queen beds overall. Beds were comfortable and the restroom was spacious.

The floor was filthy. I looked at the bottom of my slippers and they were black!! Housekeeping needs to mop the floor. The shower is tiny.

Location!! Good value for price paid. Comfortable bed and pillows. I slept like a baby.

It is adjacent to a road, so some noise from cars and heaters at night. If you are not sensitive, you probably don't need to worry too much.

The female owner is very kind. They were happy to keep my carrier bag after check-out and even served me delicious Hawaiian coffee. The location is just perfect. It connects directly to the lake across the street, and you can buy everything you need at CVS. It's also nice that there is a Whole Foods Market and Safeway within a 2-3 minute drive. I recommend here as a cost-effective accommodation for those traveling to Tahoe alone rather than with a family.

The refrigerator didn't have a small freezer for our ice packs. There was no ice machine. The front door had a loose deadbolt. The motel is under renovation which we didn't mind, but others might be put off. We think this motel will be really nice once the renovation is complete.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning and separate small fan for air circulation. Two nightstands. Hot shower. Nice long table top with a chair and TV. Refrigerator and microwave. We slept great.

We thought there was going to be a pool from photos on booking.com but turns out there is no longer a pool.

Very comfy bed. Shower was good but exhaust fan was quite noisy. Very helpful staff at reception.

The AC was quite noisy.

The bed was big and comfy. Shower pressure was great and the water got really hot. TV was available and the wifi connection was strong. We also really appreciated access to the laundry machines.

The decor is a bit stuck in the past, but we didn't expect much so it didn't bother us.

Staff was nice, location was close enough to the lake and there was ample parking. Beds were comfortable and shower had hot water and a good flow.

The cleaning could have been more thorough, especially in the bathroom. We found an old soap bar stuck on the soap dish in the shower. The wood on the bathroom door has warped a bit, so it was a noisy, physical effort to close the bathroom door all the way. This was particularly inconvenient in the middle of the night when trying not to wake one’s spouse. If not fully closed, the door would pop open at random, possibly catching you in the midst of your toilet activities.

The only thing was that the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There was hair all over the walls and ceiling of the shower.
