i was upset again because someone spilled coffee on top on second floor and one of your cleaners sweeped coffee from top floor on to my car and made it sticky , 6 out of 10 times i wasnt happy ...i spend some money at this place and at howthorn also the other one was in a hurry for me to leave and the turned my room card off 20min tell check out and i ask the lady at the front desk she told me .....im going turn it back on for 15min and i should i had to be out i said yes 20min she said ten min and i pointed at the clock and i said 20min....im sure your cameras will confurm what i say is true

Noisy. Frequent arguments outside, felt like no insulation between upper and lower floor. Not the best area...especially for women travelling alone. I would not have felt safe if I hadn't had my Doberman with me. I use Motel 6 because of the recent interior up-grades; and because of their pet policy. I book through Booking.com and did not find out that this location is not cat friendly until after I paid for the night. This should be highlighted before people book; as all the other locations I have stayed at have been "pet friendly"; no restrictions on cats.

We expected the room to be ADA, the facility's were not ADA. Putting a bar in the shower doesn't make it ADA. The TV didn't work and the Management knew this. When we brought this to the night clerk's attention he gave us a pretend discount. The full amount was taken out of my bank.

Close to The Expo Center. Our Grandson was competing in the Oregon State Wrestling Tournament. Easy access.

Too noisy (close to the main road and walls really thin), we could hear everything happening Bed wasn't comfortable, I was feeling like I'm camping (mattress with springs) The room was cold even with the heater

Pool advertised open, but had been closed ALL summer. Toilet had a leak and keep filling itself up EVERY minute. Switched rooms and cable connection had to be replaced. Single-pane windows and no weather stipping around doors. So much road and train noise, I had a pillow over my head ALL night!

Dog area was covered in poop. Our dog would not go into the area. Goodwill next door started slamming dumpsters around at 6am.

The room we stayed in was basic, but needed repair in multiple areas; window that wouldn’t lock, tv didn’t have any channels, mounding pulling away, floor had some damage. It was clean.

The pool was closed. One of the big reasons I booked a room at this motel was for the pool. You can't advertise a pool then have it closed for seemingly no reason! The bed also felt a lot smaller than a standard queen size. Overall, $94 for one night here wouldn't have been so bad if everything was as-advertised but I wouldn't have paid $94 to stay here if I knew the bed was small and the pool was closed. Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I like the updates made to the flooring, furniture, and bathroom.

It is situated in a rather downbeat area (not unsafe) and is adjacent to the mainline train track. The noise of the trains and the horn blowing was almost incessant

The room was as you'd expect for a Motel 6. Quite large and acceptably clean

Nobody at desk the first two times I tried to check in. They may have been elsewhere on the premises, but ringing the bell or phoning didn't work until there was some one back at the front desk.

Significantly nicer that what I expected from Motel 6.

We couldn't figure out how to make the tv work. The floors need replaced and the AC was super loud. It didn't bother me but my husband wasn't happy about it. The pool was closed.

Parking & shower was bad.

Shower was in very bad condition and the water pressure was terrible. Also hot and cold water nobs were on reverse.

Our room was right next to the train tracks and trains ran approximately every hour. The air conditioning unit helped to mute the sound (horns were never blown.) It's definitely an older building, but it was kept clean in the room. The pool looked great, but wasn't open, unfortunately.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

The floors were disgustingly dirty. I assume partly because the door wasn't fully sealed. There was about a half inch gap on the bottom. The pool, which was part of the reason I chose this facility, was closed. I did receive a notification about this, the day before check in. That was not enough time to book somewhere else.

The pool was closed..only because they hadn't trained anyone to deal with the chemical treatment. It was 90+...I booked there for the pool. Had kids that were disappointed. The windows DO NOT lock!!! Very scary. Especially with just women and children. Had to put the towel bar in the window.

Shower needed repair, surround in it was coming off the wall and the repair was stuff some caulking in it. Looked pretty bad. Another issue was the gap under the entry door, about an inch wide. let in noise and light from the parking lot. A door draft stopper (Amazon for $8) would do wonders.

Check-in was good, friendly hotel agent. Rooms were clean.
