Umm... can't think of anything. Oh!! There was a silly accordion door to the bathroom that was very clanky and noisy. First World issues.

Could have had a coffee maker in room to go with microwave and fridge. Parking could be better but it worked out very well....overall I enjoyed my two day stay and next time my band plays in AshevilleI will stay here again...

The location is at a busy intersection so it is quite noisy but it was the closest accommodation to the city for a budget price I could find so you take the good with the bad. And it was recently updated. The bed and pillows are of a much higher budget hotel. Super comfy!

Staff at the front desk was rude! I wasn't aware until I had reserved a room as well as paid for it on booking that if your local customer... you can't rent a room! I understand every motel / hotel is different but come on! We paid more for the room due to being local (deposit) & was told that if we checked out before 11AM we would get the deposit back as long as the room was good! I checked for a week no deposit was giving back to me! We left the room as clean as before when we checked in! So, we won't be back nor will we recommend to non local to stay!

It was very clean & you could tell it was recently remodeled! That speaks volumes on the clean room! I always pay attention to that! The bed felt amazing! Area is good for eating out, convenient stores, etc. Great location!

You can tell they paid cheap labor to remodel these rooms at this motel. It’s like lipstick on a pig. At first it looks great but as you’re there longer you can see the flaws/shotty craftsmanship. With that being said the room was really clean and I would stay again, just don’t set your expectations as high as the photos.

The location was nice for downtown access at a cheap price. It also wasn’t too far from the blue ridge. It was pretty quiet even though it was along the freeway. The beds were really comfy. We do wish there was nightside table lamps.

Poor lighting in the room. No bed side light. The shower only had a partial door, which got water all over the floor. Toiletries and towels were sparse. The shower had a soap/shampoo dispenser, which was pretty much empty, not to mention unsanitary. Glad I brought my own! Parking spots were few and far between

The shower was too small and low to effectively use. There is no shower door, so you can use that space to wash your hair, but you will hit the walls several times. The beds have flat sheets only. Thin walls!

The staff were a family and pleasant. It is in a good location with easy access to the freeway.

There were not a lot of amenities. No pool, coffee in the room or ice available. Also, the Inn has been recently renovated but the workmanship isn't great. That being said, it was more than acceptable for a place to sleep and very clean.

The property was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The A/C worked great, it had a great tv and cable and access to wifi. The people who run the inn were very nice also. It was right off the main highway and was across the Street from a McDonalds. It was also in a fairly decent area.

Our room was on second floor, so had to take stairs. Not a problem initially, but the metal step second from the top was loose and was concerning. This was the middle staircase that brings you to rooms 205/207 and upper floor. This was our only concern with our stay, as it was a great place for our overnight needs.

one of the amenities listed was a hot tub but there wasn’t one on the premises, the bathroom was still a little dirty from the last visitors, the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything happening outside the room including other guest’s conversations.

I liked they updated look of the rooms and the staff was very friendly.
