Great pool. Friendly staff. Tolerant of loud, young athletes running around. Breakfast was good for most everyone.

They were renovating, so it interfered with breakfast service as well as the lift. The swimming pool was also closed as the result :( I still have cement stain on the wheels of my luggage

Beautifully renovated spacious & clean rooms, near airport. Staff specially the Manager very friendly. There is a great Mexican restaurant, Los Patios within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

The owner was a monster. The first morning we were there about 8:30-9:00am, there was a man SCREAMING for about 20 minutes. At first I thought it was upstairs, but I went to our door I realized it was coming from the lobby. The man was very angry, I knew it was a woman at the front desk so I went to confront the man. It was a middle age Indian man screaming, walking around the hotel complaining about something to somone over the phone. He was yelling at all the staff in a room right off the main lobby and screamed "MOVE ALL THIS S××T OVER THERE!!". I found out later that was the owner and this is not a rare occurrence. The second night there must have been a furniture moving conference or an underground wrestling match above us that lasted until about 12:30. The second issue is not the hotels fault, but the first issue with the owner absolutely is. No one deserves a boss like that.

The room that the toilet and shower are in is really too small. If either of us was a larger person, the room would be too small. The microwave door seemed to stick as it was hard to open.

We really liked that the room was newly remodeled! I really liked the colors and that there is no carpet. I liked that I could get ready at the sink while my sister took a shower and vice versa.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the parking lot as horrible if you didn’t park early. I didn’t like that the parking lot was shared with the Motel 6 because there were some shady people at the Motel 6 just hanging in the parking lot

I spent extra for a jacuzzi room but we couldn’t get it to work. Also there was water damage on the ceiling but I’m guessing that’s why it’s being renovated.

The indoor pool was a nice size but was not well heated. The air temperature in the pool room felt too cold and the water temperature was not warm enough

The hotel and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel staff were extremely polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included a great variety of food- better than most hotels I have been to!

We traveled with three people and had a room with a pull out couch and king bed. No bedding could be found for the pull out. We managed to get sheets eventually but no pillows or blankets

The dining area could have been much cleaner. The hot food was sub par. Always grateful for cereals & such when that happens.

The rooms were clean for the most part. Our room smelled fresh - hard to find these days.

There were some definite miscommunications between Booking and the actual hotel. While they didn't ruin the trip, they were still frustrating. The confirmation info we received said the deposit amount would be $25, whereas when we checked-in we were told it was $150. The hotel also did not accept Discover, which is what our bank uses for debit cards. Booking did not mention this type of payment wasn't accepted which caused some stress when we tried to check in and instead had to use a different card.

Liked the amount of space in our suite, as well as the jetted bath tub.

It was not a big deal to me, but I thought the jacuzzi was in the room as a separate entity (based on the pictures) but it was just the tub for the shower. Didnt impact my stay. Everything else was great.

Didn't take cash at all for anything and it said they had a hot tub and that was wrong that was one reason I chose this hotel was disappointed in that completely. And the blankets didn't smell all that great
