Bed was hard as a rock. Cable/tv didn’t work. No ice machine. Bathroom had mold in the corner of shower.

Are room had no microwave. I thought all the rooms where like that until I over heard a neighbor mention there microwave. So for the price and not being able to eat a hot meal I felt was unfair. Felt ripped off. Make sure you ask for a room with a microwave actually get your money worth.

Not to much to complain about. Cold water at 1st, was fixed in a half and hour, we were able to shower. We were left alone, I like that in a hotel.

I like how the room was not that far from the rest of sites. Boardwalk.. Golf.

Room wasn't ready for an hour an 15 minutes after checkin time. There wasn't enough towels to stock the rooms.

Room didn't have a microwave had to ask to have one brought to the room! Also the bathroom door would only open up halfway because it hit the air conditioning unit! Wi-Fi signal was horrible could hardly watch any TV or stream! Hardly any wall plugs in the room neither lamp on each night stand was plugged in had to pull out the bed and actually lift off the headboard from the wall to get to the outlet to plug in the two lamps that were on the nightstand

Was suppose to have room with "view of pool" but when traveling trailers are parked there instead, not much of a view... ended up needing to use 3 rounds of boost for phone hot spot since WIFI was NOFI....

The room was filthy, the parking lot was trashed, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the bedding was coarse and fraying. The shower head was not mounted to the wall, so adjusting the showerhead was terrifying. There were no blinds/window in the bathroom, just a strange frosted glass type blind that prevented the air conditioning from doing well in the room.

Room was an excellent value for the cost and Check in was quick, the room was clean with a decent mattress, and had a King room. We had parking at the lot and just one block to the boardwalk and TV channels had a decent number of channels if you wanted to watch. Overall enjoyed the stay. if you need to charge many devices, please bring an extension cord.

Our first night, the guests- bunch of adults were partying, drinking, and carrying on crazy at the pool. Couldn't take our kids there, nor could we sleep. The rooms are pretty solid when it comes to sounds, but that first night was awful. A drawer was broken on our dresser- so couldn't use it. Unfortunately, it wasn't very well managed in the evenings. We watched a drug deal right next to the office. Literally seen the drugs being passed and exchanged. My kids saw this too.

The location was great!! Got to watch the sunset right off the walkway, and literally only a few minutes walk to the beach. The beds were kind of soft. It was very clean, except for the fridge. After the first night(Sun night), it was decent(Monday -Wed). I mean for the price, it was ok. Probably won't book there again, but, might. But definitely not if it's a weekend trip.

The bathroom was terribly small and there were no shelves in the shower to put your soap or shampoo. Also no towel racks so you had to hang your towels over the shower curtain and they quickly piled up and were in the way. Our room didn't have any chairs so you always had to sit on the bed. The TV was a little hard to see from the bed and it seemed like maybe the mirror and TV were meant to be switched since the mirror was right in front of the bed 😏 I also recommend getting a second floor room. Ours was on the first level and we had nowhere to dry our beach towels and bathing suits. People on the second floor could hang them on the rail of the balcony.

The location was fantastic. It was a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk, but it was far enough away from all the "popular" parts of the boardwalk so that the beach was never too crowded. The price was great and the bed was comfy. For the price, it was a nice stay. Our room wasn't terribly dirty but it definitely needed a good sweeping out. That being said though, I understand it's hard to keep all the sand out when you're so close to the beach. We just started wearing socks once we were in for the night to help keep the sand from sticking to our feet and getting in the bed. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed anything from them they were always pleasant and quick to get me whatever I needed. Even the housekeeping ladies were pleasant and friendly 😊

Employees didn't speak English. Asked maid to clean room. She had no idea what I said. And room was never cleaned.. The ceiling tiles were falling in. Atleast 3 of them . The bed was from the early 1900s.

There were clearly bed bugs in the room but staff quickly dismissed it saying they were not bed bugs. Very frustrating and had to dispose of many items in fear of bugs.

waited 1 hour for check in, no microwave or hairdryer which was listed as provided. the visitors next door sat at the top of the steps right out front of my door all day and night, the had to get up to let us down the steps. never used the pool it was always full of screaming children and adults.

Pretty dirty on the inside when I arrived, stuff broken and sand everywhere. Dirty towels and sheets, towels had dirty shoe prints on them.
