The house is amazing!! It’s so unique you will not find another one like it!! It was clean, beds were comfortable. The owner was quick with response time and amazing!! If you don’t stop and stay here you are really missing a hidden gem. It’s well worth it!!!

The sofas were not very comfortable. I wish they had a blender or something to make a smoothie. The basement stairs were too steep for us.

Location was really close to downtown Gatlinburg, yet was still private within a wooded setting. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were beautifully updated. The hot tub was well maintained. Host was great with communication. Take out the trash, and check out! The cleaning company does a great job, everything was clean and ready to use.

Furniture is uncomfortable. Carpet is stained Mouse came to visit Porch is extremely slick, needs to be pressure washed. Very dangerous for falls. Bunk bed room has no curtains...no privacy. Refrigerator drawers are a challenge, needs to be replaced.

One level(we are old). Clean Convenient Woods are beautiful. Comfortable Front garden is pretty Dining table is a great place to gather. Kitchen appliances were nice. Fridge was large enough.

The heat for the bunk bed bedroom was a separate base board unit that worked REALLYwell and was hard to get just right, but we were able to get it comfy by leaving the door into the hallway open.

This was a comfortable, well-stocked cabin. We cooked several meals at the cabin and enjoyed the convenience of a crock-pot to have a warm meal after being out all day in the chilly weather. The location was convenient to stores, a short ride into downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge.

We saw a few spiders inside but it is a wooded area. Could use more or newer pots and pans. The pool sticks were broken. No firewood for fire pit.

Room for a family of five. Close to activities in pigeon forge and gatilinburg but in a quiet location. Bathrooms were updated. Washer and dryer very handy with 3 kids. Hot Tub was big enough for all 5 of us. Chairs and fire pit out front was nice.

The downstairs bathroom was not clean upon arrival. There was also some brown stains on the wall near the toilet in the shared bathroom. Not a big issue, the rest of the house was clean

Have fire wood on hand or let people no . We think that if you only stay 2or3 nights. You should not ask to take out trash or clean up the kitchen. That should be part of the cleaning fee.

The only downside was not being able to use the fireplace but since the power never went out we were in good shape with the heaters!

We loved the layout of the cabin! We loved how close it was to Rocky Top Sports and downtown at the same time!

Could have had more games. Couch was a little low but comfortable. Could use some kind of window covers in kitchen because of headlights from the road.

Easy access to everything. Quiet. Lots of parking. The cabin was set up well to accommodate our family. We had everything we needed. Pillows, blankets, plenty towels, fans, kitchen was supplied with all utensils, pans, dishes and conveniences needed in a home.
