I stay here a lot and the pool has never been open it always says “closed for maintenance” for over a year now so it would be nice to enjoy the pool.

Very spacious rooms, staff is always polite and helpful love that check out is at 12 instead of 11 like most places, our stay here is always comfortable.

My room on the 4th floor.. Headboard to bed was tearing off.. No dusting done. Sheer curtains stained & torn. Desk chair@desk. Torn & Old. Furniture chair as well stained. Bathroom was good. I stayed here few years ago 2016.. Nothing like this. It is Unacceptable for the furnishing look horrible. I didn't say anything to front desk. I only did overnight for a flight out to do my park stay for few days.

The staff seem uninterested in much of anything. Most times you don't see anyone. The pool was not available and there isn't a restaurant.

The price was decent, it was close to my family and convenient to many shops, restaurants, etc.

The lighting in the desk area was bad - one of the lights was going bad and was strobing. The breakfast was disappointing. Also there were airplanes going overhead waking us up at night. Of course we chose this hotel because of its promimity to the airport so we can't complain!

The lobby is nice and the room spacious. The beds were comfortable - I was traveling with my daughter and we each had plenty of space. The desk area is nice.

The breakfast was subpar. It was not maintained as the coffee was out and not restocked while I was there. It was a bit off putting to have to pour syrup from a gallon jug.

There was trash behind the nightstands, the bar wasn’t wiped off, and some other things that could use some work.

Elevator cleanliness. Mold in the shower. Torn curtains in the room. All very easy fixes that would take away the feeling of the hotel going down hill.

Coffee was very good. The breakfast station could have been set up to show it as a "hot food self serve breakfast station." Perhaps a sign with plates, utensils, napkins more obvious.

My flight to Durham was delayed by several hours due to weather affecting other flights. I had used the booking.com message service to let the hotel know I was going to be delayed from the expected arrival. However, on top of that, the message service between booking.com and the Cambria don't talk to each other - so the Cambria didn't know I was going to be late. The delay meant that the threshold for my room check-in limit was reached so my booking was to be cancelled. This disclaimer could have been more prominent. The hotel front desk was annoyed - which is fair enough, it was 3am - but still very gracious. They saw the problem and addressed it.

Very clean room... quite a descent space for what's in it. And it's rediculous easy access to and from the airport without the noise. When I arrived I was exausted and frankly I could've slept on a couch. But their beds are much much nicer than a couch.

We were a little underwhelmed with the breakfast options that weren’t quite appealing to us versus what we expected by looking through the properties pictures while we were booking. And our room was extremely hot with what was a noticeable issue with the air conditioning unit in our room.

We loved the location, as we were in town for the Dreamville Festival. It was more than convenient not having to stay directly in Raleigh but not being far away from Raleigh in the same sense. The shower was exceptional and spacious.

The staff weren't super friendly but they weren't rude so that is okay with me. The main issue I had was the pool was out of order which I was not aware of prior to arrival and the main reason I booked it besides location was the pool. Also the breakfast was lackluster to say the least the area wasn't appealing at ALL.

The location makes this spot great! I would consider staying again if the other nearby hotels were booked because it was literally a 5 minute drive to the airport. The room was clean and spacious for two people. It wasn't necessarily spotless but it was clean enough. I did notice the drapes were a bit dusty and the bed sheet was torn and worn looking but overall a comfortable stay.

The beds were terrible. They appeared to be very old. One bed in our room actually sunk a little in the middle, causing us to each roll inward a little and when we rolled over the whole bed squeeked, right down to the base, the wooden platform creaked. We were a little concerned that the bed could fall down. We couldn't get any real sleep so we gave up and went to the airport early, sleeping in a chair would be more comfortable than the bed. Getting off the elevator to go to our room was like a sauna. There was no air on in the corridors and we were sweeting just walking to our room. The hot tub was drained to only 1 ft of water. They're was no sign of it being out of order no cones or ropes that it was closed and until you were on top of it you couldn't tell. Also closure of the hot tub was not listed in the web page. We were traveling with children and specifically picked this place because it had an indoor and hot tub.

The staff was wonderful. The y were more than just a smiling face. You could tell that they cared about the guest and their needs. This was the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever experienced

The Air conditioner sounded like a fighter jet taking off every time in came on so we didn't get the best night's sleep even though the beds were very comfortable.
