We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room wasn’t really ready for guests. No toilet paper in bathroom, no paper towels in kitchen. When I looked for a fork, the drawer was empty. I finally found everything in the dishwasher.

The crazy people. The staff was rude and nosey. Not a fan. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.
Good location. But a lot of crazy people wandering around trying to follow in after me when I went outside to get some air. Front desk people let the lady who was talking to herself in the parking lot inside without questions. Insane.

there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived that did not belong to my guest or myself. Also there was stains on the recliner. candlewood was better maintained some years ago.
Candlewood has been one of my favorite locations for years. I liked the way it was tucked away on the side of town with access to food and shopping.

Some of the towels may need replacing, and the Dove soap shower dispensary was empty- which is indicative of the rooms maybe not being fulling cleaned. Most people aren’t dumb like me and forget their phone wall usb charger,because the rooms are equipped like the newer hotels with the usb connected to the lamp base….etc.
The room was spacious with a full kitchenette, microwave, electric cooking top, dishes, and silverware. The tv had good cable channels ( movies, sports, kids, true crime). The staff was very friendly.

Wait time, room wasn't ready when ready someone was in it then another wait. Manager took her time coming to talk to me and all she was willing to do is give me an added 2extra hr of checkbouut time.

Very loud! I heard the elevators running all night (I could even hear some conversations in the elevator). Plus, guests stomping and yelling on the floor above me until around 2am. It was pretty clean, and decent for the price, but I won’t be back. I’ll pay a little more for a hotel that is more sound proof.

Even though it was newly updated things seemed a bit thrown together in this particular room. I’ve stayed here before after renovations and my other room was in mint condition.
It was in a great area. Literally everything was no more than 20 minutes away. There wasn’t a lot of traffic or noise around either.

The floor was sticky, the ice cube basket was dirty, tub was dirty, no drinking glasses,the body wash in the shower was empty. There was a broken chair and no lighting in the kitchen. We were staying for a major surgery and were disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness. The carpet in the hallways needs cleaning or replacing. The grounds were littered with trash,cigarette butts and dog poo

There was not enough coffee in room to make. Coffee was not replenished the next day. Coffee in lobby was behind locked door.

Wasn’t spotless
I booked the queen suite and was very pleased with the layout. Plenty of counter space and storage. Nice size closet with plenty of nice hangers, a laundry basket, Iron and ironing board. The kitchen area has a full size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, sink, two burner stove top and microwave. Nice size bathroom with counter space and storage. The bed was very comfortable
