Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe $50 incidental charge was not listed anywhere in the description when I booked through Booking.com. At checkout, I asked when it would be released. The woman said it would be released as soon as I checked out, but it may take a few days to return. 4 days later, the charge is still pending. All my other purchases from that day have been processed.
The night shift man was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

United StatesI arrived just about 11:00 pm, I had a reservation. No one was at the registration desk to sign me in. I waited 10+ minutes with no staff in site. I finally called the hotel (it was automated, the hotel phone rang and rang with no answer), I called again and tried the front desk line and finally a guy appeared from an adjacent room. So after 20 minutes I was finally able to get into my room. Same thing happened when checking out, about 7:40 am, I just left my door key at the front desk.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The laundry facilities were free and in good working condition. The kids enjoyed the pool.

United StatesI have great concern for your employees. I am usually up late and I checked your snack section. I soon realized that you had a staff of 1. I am a 30 year law enforcement officer. You deal with hundreds of people a day that you really have no idea what they are capable of and the danger such a large company would place an employee.
These room were nicely set up. We only had to stay for one night, but we come into this area often and stay for several days and this was reasonably priced and will probably stay again when in town. They put me a handicap room when I have no special needs, regular room would have been better
