Got to our room, it Smelled like marijuana so we opened the windows to try and knock it out. That didn’t help. We had 3 kids with us so we weren’t comfortable keeping them in there so we went to the front desk to inform them. They had no issues and moved us immediately. 2nd room didn’t have enough sleep space for all of us and once again they were exceptional with moving us. Final room was good. We were out for the evening and got back to the room that night a little after 10. Once we were in the room, we hadn’t had enough time to set our things down and the phone was ringing with a noise complaint. While we heard people around us all night, we didn’t complain. Nothing out of the ordinary when staying at a hotel. Decided to go ahead and check out the next day. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but didn’t think our 2 year old would sit on the bed for another 24 hours without making a peep. The following morning we got up. Our feet hadn’t hit the floor but to go to the bathroom to shower. At a little after 10 AM, we received another call to confirm we were checking out early and to receive another noise complaint on our 2 year old that hadn’t even gotten a start to her day. We quickly packed our things and left. I want to add that the manager on duty was more than apologetic and understanding. So if you have small children who aren’t able to sit on the couch or bed, don’t stay here. I feel the walls and ceiling are just too thin. All noise carries way too easily considering we heard every step of the large person above us; the intoxicated people yelling at their child at 2 in the morning; and the folks across from us having a good time talkin about Fortnite.

Had a fire alarm both nites we were there the building is non smoking but had neighbors that filled their room with smoke. Not just cigarettes, weed as well.

Very nice for the money probably should be a 4 star hotel. The fitness center and laundry room were very nice and clean and the pool and hot tub were great as well. The room was very nice the living area was separated from the bed room and bathroom was also separated had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher microwave and hot plate in the kitchenette

Only had one fork with one spoon in the room. Went went to the front desk asked the person at the desk for additional silverware he said that he would find some and bring to us never did told me I could use plastic forks and spins from the food station .

Room had a smoky, mildew type smell (even though it was a non smoking room). Had to spray air freshener each time we entered the room. Shower had a mildew spot above it and there was a strong odor when taking a shower, we think it was from the shower curtain. Room did not appear to be dirty, just had an odor.

Specifically picked this location because there was a hot tub. Upon arriving we changed & went straight for the hot tub, only to find there were about 12 kids playing it. so we went back to our room to get ready for bed. My daughter was to sleep on the sofa couch, there were no linens available in room requested for 3. Called front desk & had to go downstairs to get all bedding for sofa couch & prepare bed. The sofa couch clearly needed replaced, it was very worn down & uncomfortable. During the entire stay, we had 0 hot or even warm water to shower.
