Towels and tissues were very thin. Not much pressure in shower or filling tub. Would be great to have coffee available early in day and possibly late. Didn’t want to make a pot of coffee for one cup.

The only thing that I saw wasn’t functioning properly was the ceiling light as you come into the hotel room. It kept flickering and then would go off and then come on before it would stay on for good. But I told the receptionist when we left and she wrote it down and said she would contact maintenance.

Convenient, nice and quiet. Clean, comfortable. Liked having the fridge and microwave and little coffee maker.

The high non-refundable fee for my pets. There was no charging hub in the suite for my devices. There was no ice bucket.

The hotel placed a 25 dollar hold on my credit card that took way to long to drop off. I don't like this type of treatment.

Overall it was fine. The shower rod was messed up. I reported it to the front desk. The light on the smoke detector was bright and flashing. This made it hard to sleep

The first room had a mattress that smelled really bad.

The rooms and common areas were clean. The first room had a mattress with a horrible smell, so I moved at midnight, which was a bummer. The second room was good. The staff were friendly. The location was convenient.

Check out time is at 11a & housekeeping was knocking at my door at 10a to clean the room. They should know to wait until after 11a to clean a room.

Apparently renovations are on-going, but that mostly consists of painting. Lighting and outlets needed updating, to include USB ports. There wasn’t one USB port in the entire room. The sofa, in the living room, was unbelievably uncomfortable-hard as a rock. When we arrived, the desk clerk had to go upstairs with us to remove an air purifier, which we were told was routine, but there was also a plug-in air freshener! As soon as the purifier was gone, we smelled the cigarette smoke. We called the desk and asked to be moved.

The location was ideal for our purposes. It was directly on I-820 North, with easy on/off access. The property was fairly well-maintained and there were dining choices nearby. The bed was very comfortable. A room change was necessary, when we first arrived, and the desk staff took care of it very quickly and pleasantly.

Bathroom had a slight issue with cleanliness. Lack of attention to detail....I'll leave it at that. The coffee packets available in the room are not very tasteful. Might be time to try something new, more flavorful.

The location was extremely convenient to what we wanted to do during our weekend in Ft. Worth. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also being pet friendly was a PLUS!

The upstairs people were incredibly loud from 6-10:30 pm! I am a travel nurse and needed to sleep extremely rude people! The staff did try to help but some people are incredibly rude and disrespectful!

The bath room sink in Room 410 had been out of fix. Should have ben repaired. Gave me $20 for two nights total $40. Should have been for all three.
