Rooms got a little cold. Could hear a lot of noise from rooms above.

View was one of the best views I’ve seen from a U.S. hotel. Felt like we were right over the water. Housekeeping tidied our room every day even though we’re pretty late risers. Front desk was very friendly especially overnight when we had to check in after 10pm

Hotel is currently under construction so noise level during the day can disturb relaxation depending on which deck you use. Exterior hotel is not as aesthetically pleasing as the photos make out. All the patio umbrellas were so dirty they were almost black and we had to put them in ourselves as they were just laying on the floor. Pool was motel style with kids screaming avoided cannonballs so we avoided that part.

Rooms are clean, fresh and bed was comfortable. Location and views were unmatched. Multiple levels to view the ocean and private beach access directly from the hotel deck. Spent the day overlooking the ocean and the most beautiful sunset over the water.

The walls of the hotel are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations clearly. Hopefully you don’t have a family leaving at 4:30am letting the baby cry next door like we did or the new neighbors the next night was a girls night, which I love but not at the expense of my sleep.

The exterior could use some maintenance. Also the security lights at night are a bit bright and keeps you from being able to see the night sky.

Paige, Morgan and Nick were so friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillows very comfortable. But THAT VIEW and the sound of the ocean waves lulling you to sleep is indescribable. It was such perfect stay. Highly recommend

It definitely needs more maintenance and upgrading. Our door got stuck and we had to play with it to get our room key to work. The flower pots all around had some unflattering empty look - some had no plants. I think cleaning up and polishing these decor touches would really make the place look nicer. The outdoor furniture definitely need to be replaced. Our room was very comfortable.

The property is as advertised, a quaint vila style beachfront boutique hotel. If you stay here, I recommend forking the extra dollars for the oceanfront. Waking out to nothing but blue waters and the sound of the waves was magical. Beautiful on the water view. I couldn’t get over it. I also liked the lower deck with loungers and that we were able to chill there watching the sunset with our own champagne. The fridge didn’t contain overpriced water - instead, space for you to bring your own stuff. Very appreciated!

The hot water didn’t work in the first room. When they tried to move us, the lock didn’t work in the second room. The third room didn’t have the view of the first room which is a reason we choose the Capri.

I was looking forward to lounging and swimming in the pool, but it's located just outside reception, and the reception windows look right at the pool, so it felt like everyone would be watching you. It was nice and clean though, with towels and a bathroom! And warm too! I just would have preferred a more private location.

Sweet boutique hotel with an old-world Italian feel! The view of the ocean was so nice! We loved listening to the waves crash at night, and sitting on our balcony in the mornings, sipping coffee! The staff was wonderful! So kind and accommodating, and housekeeping did a very nice job tidying our room each day which was much appreciated!

The facilities need a bit of an upgrading as they are a little outdated, but the hotel is as advertised.

The staff were very warm and friendly. The receptionist, Morgan, was really nice and helpful. We mentioned we were traveling as newlyweds, and the General Manager, Nick, came by to personally greet us during breakfast and give us a small gift from the hotel. The location is also great – it is right in front of the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and shops.

The location was wonderful! The balcony had a perfect oceanfront view. The crashing waves were heard all night. We felt safe enough to leave the slider open all night. Perfect space, enough for two people. They do have a pool. The continental breakfast was great. It was clean. We definitely will stay here more often.

Everything was good

On the coast, it was lovely to listen to and hear the waves. Friendly staff, car parking on site, spacious rooms. Breakfast somewhat basic but great (and a surprise!) to have.

The blanket could have been a duvet

It was great that breakfast was provided! This made things easy for me in the morning. It’s continental so selection is limited but I’d have oatmeal and eggs which I all I need. Service and staff were 1000/10. They made this stay exceptional. They upgraded my room to an ocean view which was just amazing and made my stay absolutely even more enjoyable. The exterior isn’t glamorous but the room is clean/tidy and all what you need
