The hot tub was down the whole week for maintenance. There was a leak in our main bathroom tub on a Friday, leaving us with only 1 bathroom from Friday to Tuesday for 6 people. We were also disappointed because we were not allowed to have family come over to visit for a few hours to do a birthday party in the afternoon. They said you are not allowed more than max occupancy at any time. It would have been only 9 adults and 2 babies.

The mattress on the queen bed needs to be replaced. It had 2 very large depressions in it and could not be slept in. We had to flip the mattress to be able to use it. Also, there was no hair dryer as stated in the list of amenities.

Entry way carpeting was really dirty. Place needs new carpeting or a good cleaning. Smell of very strong ethnnic food that lasted all week. We kept airing it out and spraying the place.

Great Space for everyone. Two private and large bathrooms with a shower and a large tub. Nice pool area with pool table that kids enjoyed and had the most fun with.

The TVs provided are small and outdated that you can not enjoy any entertainment if you wanted to stay home and relax.

The internet consistently lost. Injection and became frustrating. The elevator was not working. I have two very small children, 3 and 6 months. So it was a little difficult managing them, groceries and luggage.

First time experiencing an infinity salt water pool. It was awesome and so was the hot tub. It was very quite and that was enjoyable. Also great location, just a lot of traffic.

Keep in mind you are renting from a 3rd party and do not get to see the unit that you will acquire. Saying that I rented a 2 bedroom villa which was absolutely nasty and needed to be updated in many ways..

The installed microwave did not work but was replaced with a temp that worked fine. The air conditioning did not work. Maintenance attempted to fix it and it worked for a bit but then broke again (condensation line). This was not a huge issue as the temps were mild and we were not in the unit often but this will cause problems as the temperatures rise coming out of winter. There were some smaller items like chipped paint and minor details that were not ideal but overall this was not a large issue.

Unit 5101 -This was a well maintained area in General. The pool, clubhouse and grounds were great. The condo was well equipped. There were the usual items such as plates, bowels, coffee pot and utensils. The condo was spacious and generally as shown in pictures. I was apparent that the floors had been replaced recently which was nice. the beds were comfortable and the furniture was maintained at an acceptable level. The interior was clean. The exterior porch was nice and the unit was very spacious and comfortable. All appliances that we tried to use were in good working order. See below about microwave and air conditioning. The extra large tube in the master bath was very nice!!! The layout of the unit was wonderful!!! Staff was nice and helpful- didn't interact much. Would recommend!!
