The pool was freezing, we came there specifically for the indoor pool for our son’s 5th birthday and we couldn’t even stay in the pool it was so cold.

Apparently it was a cheerleader convention and the kids were loud and obnoxious. Morning in the lobby was ridiculous!

Towels were not allowed to leave pool area. Restaurant/bar prices were super high. Almost $24 for 2 small drinks, approximately $8 for a small soft drink.

The check-in issue. The agent couldn't bother to look at my booking reservation confirmation information even after I verified my credit card was charged the 1st half of the deposit for stay. In the end, my full name was in reverse (last as first). As I checked in very late/early morning, I got a room on the second floor over the entrance. I was told I didn't need to put my license plate information on the registration paper but noticed that other guests had the hanging permits on their parked cars. I found mine in the key card sleeve the next morning. My room didn't have a Do Not Disturb door hanger. No smoking in the room is understandable, but not on the fully outside facing Balcony? My room neighbors were noisy in the hallway during quiet hours.

The restaurants, specials, arcade area, and ice rink for families. I would book again for a condo room for a longer duration, but the general hotel room section is decent with a sofa matteres for large families.

We booked for the indoor pool and weren't told that it wasn't opened We also called front desk for bath towels and were told we could only have 6 a day with 4 adults showering everyday that amount of towels isn't enough. Also the ac in the room couldn't be adjusted it was hot in our room the whole stay.

Our room was directly above the front doors of the property. It was a lot of noise from people coming and going, also people checking in.☹️

The location was great and the atmosphere in the atrium was great. The beach access was a plus.

The room had a smell. Was probably the old carpet. The kids were disappointed the pool didn’t open til 1pm.

I hated that the sauna was nasty and disgusting. Also my family wasn't able to go in and sit together.

I love the view. I liked the rink. I liked the pool for my kids.

The rooms are very dated. The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms could be a little cleaner. Our tub stopper was covered with mold. The lamps were very dusty.

I loved the kid/family activities. Our daughter loved it. We had an ocean front room. The balconies are very nice and private. I loved listening to the ocean.

Security made us go to our rooms by 11pm. Others were eating food from outside the hotel but we got told no outside food!! The restaurant was closed at that point ! Probably will not be coming back

There was only 1 issue our first night there the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate for about 1 1/2 hours at 230 in the morning in the freezing cold. The hotel didn’t offer anything to make up for our inconvenience. Wouldn’t have necessarily taken them up on anything had there been an offer but it would have been nice if it were acknowledged and apologized for.
