The room was a little dated. The pillows need replacing. The lady at the desk on the second day we stayed there was rude.

Activities were good. Got ro stay in a spacious area instead a hotel room. For basically the same price.

Check in was a nightmare. After driving 5 hours we had to wait with 2 kids for an hour trying to check in, well it was actually waiting in line for a parking pass which was some sort of disguised time share sales pitch. The ladies at check-in could have easily just handed it to us with the other information. We've stayed here twice before and didn't have this to deal with. Also the shower was not hot at night time. Lukewarm at night, hot during the morning.

The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was large. It is very close to almost anything an adult or child would want to enjoy in Branson. We had a two bedroom two bath apartment. You are able to have some privacy unlike a hotel.

Had a large party of very loud people next to us, impossible to reach a live person, finally reached security. Went to check out at 9:30am, office was closed, even though recording says Friday hrs open at 9. "indoor pool" was ice cold, could not swim in it

The jets in the spa tub didn't work. The people above us were incredibly loud late night and early morning.

The location was great. The staff was super friendly. I got a free upgrade on my accommodations. The apartment was clean and odor free.

The only thing that bothered us was the timeshare push. We got checked in and was sent to another room for parking passes and all that. That's when the push to attend the presentation started. We held fast with our No. Timeshare is not for us.

We were very close to many attractions. Our room was spacious and plenty of amenities. Two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms. Jacuzzi tub in the master. We were on the third floor, our patio overlooked a creek and fountain area. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Wanted to play games in the game room but ran out of time. We did not experience any of the problems some of the reviews had complained about. Super clean, no bugs, and we were quite comfy. The indoor pool was in a building by itself and we walked over there after dark. We felt completely safe doing so.

We arrived close to closing time and I asked the lady checking us if there were any handicapped rooms available and told her I wore leg braces. There were not and I understood, however, the room we were given had a jacuzzi tub that was a shower too. There was no way I was going to be able to use it for the next 4 days. My stability is challenging. We did not unpack but did sleep there. We went to the front desk and was able to switch to a room that had a shower. I am not sure if there was nothing available at the time of checking in but so grateful we were able to trade places.

I loved that they provided extra huge towels for the indoor pool. Plus, cleaning products to wash dishes and clothes.

According to website check-in was until 7:30. I tried calling at 7pm letting them know we would be late. No answer. Got to property no one there. Called security. Had to drive 10 minutes to different location to get keys and then back to place. That information should have been included in email

We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. Also, didn’t enjoy having to “fight off” the concierge. It was a short visit and we weren’t there to attend a presentation. We’re in our 70s, on a fixed income and have little need for a vacation package.

It seemed well maintained. The bed was very comfortable & there was a TV in the bedroom.

The website was misleading not showing specific pictures of the type of room booked. Our room was changed by the ladies at the front desk when we found the room assigned wasn’t what we booked. I didn’t care for the time share pitch included in an adjacent room right after check in. We declined the option.

The location was great and the room was very comfortable. The two ladies at the check in desk were exceptional when we found the first room assigned wasn’t what we booked. We would stay at this location again.

The booking.com didn't tell them that I booked a balcony. The first night we had to spend in the wrong room. The vacation was for my husband and the trip was almost ruined.

I liked that once the staff knew there was a problem they fixed it.

Floor/carpet disgusting...turned feet black if u didn't wear shoe, dirty air filter left in closet, needed updating, stove not secure, shower was stained, you had to go to different check in place if you were after 6
