it was a small room so pay attention to the footage of the room you book.

it was clean and quiet in the foyer and in the hotel itself. Noises outside made it noisy in the room but it’s understandable because the hotel is close to the Time Square. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved that they had slippers and gowns just like in Europe and they offered complimentary bottles of water.

Our cute room was next to the elevator and we could easily hear people in the hall outside our door.Thankfully most people were settled in when we went to bed.Could also hear the Walkie Talkies the cleaning staff used in the morning.

We loved the location. It was also a cozy place to come back to where we felt welcomed. Hot coffee/tea after being out in the cold was wonderful.

The hotel was great but the city traffic is too congested.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were so professional and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and you could not hear the noise from outside. It was a perfect location with great restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Broadway shows.

This was the perfect location and stay for us as we attended a Broadway show and did a little overnight stay. The staff took care of everything for us- they were engaging, helpful and so friendly! They had a great suggestion for everything. They took care of dinner reservations for us and timed it perfectly for the 7pm show! the rooms were spacious very clean. The 24hour snack bar was so convenient! Parking was a no hassle- as the garage was next door. We will never stay anywhere else in the future!!

All 👍 although the room radiator heat was difficult to maintain the temperature. Got very warm and had to keep opening the window at night but we got used to it.

Wow! What a surprise- perfect location to walk to restaurants and get to broadway shows. The Casablanca theme was so cool and the vibes were calming especially in the lounge/ with comfy chairs and fireplace. We so enjoyed meeting other guests there in the evening The breakfast was like continental on steroids😉. Perfect for a kickstart for each day.. and the serving staff made us feel like family. The managers should be very proud of them. The front desk team were so helpful and friendly. Thanks to them for making us feel at home throughout our stay. Lastly the housekeepers were very nice folks and did an amazing job keeping our room so clean. Will return here again!

Wish I could have had a much longer stay!! It was like I was at home -- even better!

Staff was beyond exceptional from the lobby , greeter, desk people, maids -- everything so exceptional.. What I also liked tremendously was after a long day being able to stop on the second floor -- grab a snack and a cool or hot drink to un wind!! Just excellent. Thank You!!!! Super great location with great fine food on both sides!!!! Cold never ask for better!!!

The property was in the perfect place for me to be able to walk to see the show I was going to see and not have a long walk back late at night. Everything about this place was amazing from how comfortable it was to how awesome all of the staff were.

There is nothing I didn't like. You couldn't fault the location , the cleanliness , the reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Always on hand to assist you. Ricks cafe on the second floor is so bright and comfortable. With coffee and teas , snacks and fruit available 24 hours. Healthy breakfast options. All the staff that work in the Hotel are so friendly , polite and helpful.

The Casablanca is located right on top of Times Square. Yet in your room it is very peaceful and do not hear the hustle and bustle outside of the busy streets day or night. It stands in between two restaurants Tony's Restaurant and the Brooklyn Diner which are both fabulous and reasonable. The Casablanca has everything you require. It will not disappoint you. This is my second stay at the Casablanca and would definitely stay here if I visit New York again.

I genuinely LOVED everything about this property. Casa Blanca Hotel from The Library Hotel Collection has become my favorite boutique hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, welcoming, and exceeded all expectations. Property is immaculate, decor is lovely, and its historic nature has been well preserved. Location can't be beat!

The room was a little small but the wardrobe was big enough for the suitcases.

I loved that our room was only two floors up. I don't like lifts so I was able to use the stairs. The bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent.
