Waiting for the lift!! The tour desk adds a high supplement to surf/ SUP lessons, you are better to book direct with Obama Surf project.

We loved our stay here, great place for family! The restaurant does a good breakfast. The complimentary yoga class was really enjoyable. Our room was excellent, we had great views of diamond head, it was spacious and very comfortable. The free extras were a nice touch! Easy walk to the beach, bus stop and zoo!

$50 charge for parking and there was no parking available …we were tired upon arrival and wanted to use check in as quick as possible and web were sent to another parking lot that was also full. We had to be driving around looking for a parking lot that had some parking available. Once we found one, we had to walk back to the hotel, which was annoying because it was past 9pm. Our room was in the M floor (our window was directly in front of restaurant or hotel deck adjacent to our hotel and it was very noise). We were all tired and wanted to rest but the parking situation and the noise level at our room were very annoying and I was not happy about that.

The rooms were clean, we were received with a leí at registration, that was a nice gesture. The kids loved it! The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants, which was very convenient.

Near the beach! Quieter end of Waikiki. Comfortable, great roof top restaurant, open air vibes.

The bathroom is old style. The hotel is too big for the reception people to really care. For example, I could not get a wine glass in the room.

Spacious room. The view from the room is really nice. The pool and restaurant are ok.

Nothing that I can think of now. The hotel is the end of Waikiki beach so if you go shopping it's gonna be 15-20min walk. You'll need Uber to go to Ala Moana. Better to plan ahead considering that.

I like cleanness of the room and shower! The shower was the best in US so far! You can get enough hot water quickly. I also like the location. It was close to Diamond Head and I could see it from the window.

Great location. Right by Walls, the Honolulu Zoo (which is also the only cheap parking on Waikiki), and easy walk to all of Waikiki. Deck is a great restaurant with panoramic views of Diamond Head.

The one time we tried using the valet service ($50 a night) it was full. Was directed to the zoo parking lot across the street, worked out as it was cheaper, but can be difficult to find a parking spot in peak times. Most parking options in the area are either expensive or inconveniet, valet staff were very apologetic, not a big deal, but something to be aware of.

Fantastic location, on edge of main tourist area. Great views of diamond head and ocean. Easy access to beach, shops, restaurants. ~15-20 minutes walk to Safeway, snorkel bobs, Leonards bakery and Rainbow drive-in.

The balcony's door was not thick enough so we could hear some noise from the outside.

The location is great, at the very end of Waikiki so a bit less crowdy than the central part and within 2 minutes from the beach . The view from the room on Diamond Head was excellent.

Pool is rather small and not appealing. Beach is close, but it's not the one we wanted to spend most of the time on. Rooms with city view also face hostel and it's noisy in the evenings.

Nice relaxed atmosphere , helpful staff. Good coffee, good facilities and a lot of places on 1st and 2nd floor to spend time with friends. Beds are comfy.

I didn’t really care too much that they allow dogs. As much as I love dogs, I don’t think that they should be locked in a hotel room. Ours had a spot where you could tell a dog had peed. And they don’t really take very good care of the outside patio off of your room. It was dirty with bird poo, and they don’t sweep the sand off of the patio either. I also know that it’s not their fault, but the rooster woke us up every day. They really ought to take it and move it like inside the zoo someplace because I’m sure that if it’s waking me up, it’s waking everybody else up too. We had to bring our own coffee maker. They do have a coffee shop downstairs, but who wants to go down there in their pajamas every day to get their coffee.

The restaurant was nice, the beach, chairs and towels were really great, help and staff are all wonderful.

Rooster near our room, woke us up every morning. Loud air conditioning in our room and were told that is the same in every room for the type of room we were in. The gym did not have a squat rack.

The staff were lovely, friendly and accomodating. Room and facilities were clean. Water bottle stations. Complementary drink and Lai on arrival.
