Could use some more cleaning - cobwebs. Otherwise beds were clean. Also, raccoons were living under the house and made a lot of noise in the morning.

Location, close to Sierra at Tahoe and downtown. Room for 2 adults, 3 kids. Adequate kitchen.

although we had such a great time and we’re grateful to stay in this community the cabin was very dirty. sheets were clean but the whole house was not very clean nor the amenities in the cupboards.

we loved the location of the property they were so cute and quaint. they easily fit our family of 7. the property manager was very helpful and friendly.

Beds were pretty firm which was uncomfortable, the heater works well in the bedroom and the bathroom but not so well in the common area and upper bed area.

Bath size was really small. We latter stayed at other cabin too with bigger bath. What we would appreciate is a picture of the bath in the add to give you an idea of its size upfront. There was a picture of sink but that didn't quite give us an idea. Cleanliness could be significantly improved. The floor had dust in many areas. We initially thought of walking barefoot in the cabin and latter realized our feet were all dirty and then reverted on the decision.

Location and the facilities were amazing. It was our first experience with Cabin. While we loved certain parts of it e.g. the arrangement of rooms, kitchen and over al facility, we would think some things would help. The rooms arrangement was amazing within the constraints of property size

My brother lived in Tahoe for many years and left 15 yrs ago. My mom visited him often and her final wish was to be scattered at 2 of her favorite places in Tahoe. Thankfully I found Cedar Pines to be the most reasonable that allowed a pet. Nothing today is reasonable and most charge way too much in cleaning fees (should be based on how much cleaning is needed). I watched units being cleaned and took about 2 hrs. Dog fees should also be based is any damage was done by a dog, again a security deposit. This would make going a bit more cost friendly. I'm afraid with all the additional fees charged on top of the unit rental, many people can not afford to go.

I like the location, the bike friendly area and the quietness. The unit amenities in the unit were excellent. Need more parking though
